All right Hello and uh welcome back to Street pitching MTV so today you join us in the Alps not not specials the Scottish Alps were down well over at Erica um on the west um and if you don’t know this region the Erica Alps and Erica stunning little bit

Of the world stunning little bit of Scotland um with some pretty nice mountains the Alps um uh overseeing them so we’d come here today and to ride by Nema and my name is the the tallest Monroe uh in the anarca Alps and I’ve actually written it before it’s an incredible place and so

I’ve actually come back to ride it but this time with a camera to to bring it to life so yeah are you going to join us today we’ve got Andrew here Peter and Ross so four of us heading up we’ve got probably perfect conditions it’s about 19 degrees

There’s not really any wind but even more so than that we are just in an incredible incredible part of the world it’s it’s just beautiful so I can’t wait to get this ride and I can’t wait to share it with you so I’ll stop talking and let’s

Take you on the journey cheers impress my drive train I made extra effort on the drivetrain last night while cleaning it yeah mine too mate I was inspired by your boss well I’ll not saying too much about the The Climb it’s always difficult to make a climb

Interesting but I so far am we’re on this little bit it’s absolutely roasting um but yeah it’s pretty good I’ll stick the Strava route and down in the description if you want to repeat it but yeah we’re doing the we’re doing the sloggy bit just now

Um but sloggy bit brings the fun bit so get there soon enough [Applause] all right two hours twice 646 meters of climbing and we have by Nema in sight so yeah we still got a fair bit to go probably got like 300 meters of Ascend and maybe maybe 300 feet um feet if you’re backward well folks bike is on the back

It’s just got that sort of tricky ingredient where it’s a great tire and pushing the bike but um yeah I wasn’t expecting it to be as windy as this today wind has picked up considerably I always windy up a hill a mountain I should say so yeah I don’t

Know if the drawing footage on the way down will be happening today but still gonna have some good POV not easy I’m blowing I like it Andrew Peter not the first rodeo I think smashing that climb smashing it Made it unreal so it just drop down at the wind you might have picked up in the commentary there that actually got pretty windy up here it’s high up right enough but um I don’t know if it’s gonna be too windy for the Drone but either

Way this is just unreal uh what a beautiful beautiful place it’s as beautiful as you remember it so you can have a we rest here and then get the good bit happening uh right where we going let’s look Tibet complicated foreign this is quite intimidating straight away oh my word

All right what have we got here I’m trying to see where oh my word but where is the path oh holy moly because that got pretty intense pretty quickly hey let’s try and get a bit further down so oh no we’re not all right let’s try and get over here whoa chunky

Now I don’t think it’s quite difficult to see when you’re on the path or like a little bit off it oh oh man staying on a bit loose but just trying to keep on what we got here whoa whoa oh my God that was the rim that was pretty hard solid solid right

Today we’re into that Crossing now we’re into the chunk this is endless chunk I hope the Drone is giving a pretty good view for you guys um I’m kind of concentrating on just well really I’m sorry not dying Thank you All right guys Andrew will probably be making this ride look dignified that was that was brutal I bricked myself and now I’m dying the dehydration so I’m just gonna wear this top of my head for the rest of the day so cool thing is though looking like Andrew to

Do which is sick so maybe I’ll be able to ride as fast as I’m waiting foreign recently I’ve been riding a lot of trails and feeling like I’m riding them really well um and then you come somewhere like this and you realize it’s just a different thing altogether requires a different skill set

I don’t know how this is put into help with the erosion but um can actually really definitely difficult to ride on obviously it’s not built with bikes in mind oh sorry just literally oh my God you need to can’t switch the mind off what is this oh

It’s not dissimilar from Fort William is it all of a sudden it got a bit faster just loose certainly we got oh my God wow hi thanks very much oh that was very close we need to just ride these neck sections well yo nice buddy I’ll tell you what

In this climate with this dryness it’s like riding in Spain again because uh is not it’s all moving beneath the tires all right holy oh my word this is Bonkers dude oh so so I love this and Andrew is very kind of like Ross have his bacon I mean there was a ward

In there about don’t crash right go and then I’ll follow guys oh yeah and look at look at the size of the bike Andrew’s on so Andrew’s on a bike that is uh very small Ross is finally getting a 29 and I’m gonna love it if he actually likes it thank you

Roast me suddenly realized my 29er is the way forward Andrew’s doing a great job well done bud as you can see folks he’s so bloody lips right we’re doing swapses again so have we going Andrew’s new Steed I’ll give you we’re going down to the bench yeah yeah it’s all right man

Whoa wow thank you that’s funny funny playing in the spikes in there Hey we got the Dust bike swaps it’s there it’s the new game that everyone’s playing great Andrew the guy guide of the year has found this we Trail first to ride down well I would say is within the first 30 40 feet there is a stone on the right hand side somewhere

Don’t have your right foot down okay one of them uh you get to the first Corner you’ve passed it yeah it’s just fun if you hear me go ah that was that okay okay yeah yeah oh my God Andrew what the oh Andrew this is quite intense oh my God jeez oh holy

And well this is um this is quite a difficult Trail oh my God well Andrew really didn’t uh sell this as being quiet oh as gnarly as this but come on steel buddy oh Andrew you’re a bad man you’re a bad man no I was actually it’s a quite a full-on

Trail though it’s not like a oh [Applause] my word he’s not knocking about is he well that was proper proper Adventure had a bit of everything had a lot of fun also had a lot of fear but um super pleased came out and did that great crew up on
