OK, I know this isn’t actually trying to pervert the course of justice, but I still have a scathing opinion of the cabbie trying to warn the other driver so that he can avoid being caught. It’s not a crime, but it is immoral.
If it were a police officer trying to catch the phone driver, then the cabbie could possibly be charged with obstruction, apparently. That doesn’t apply here as I’m just a member of the public.

I love how when a driver assaults a protester, they all cheer the driver for taking the law into their own hands and call it justice, but when a cyclist films a driver using their phone, no that is too far!

Thing I don’t understand here is everyone driving should be worried that the other drivers are on the phone. “If you think it’s acceptable to use WhatsApp in moving traffic -are you ok with people doing it on the motorway?” If they say no then its “this is why I have report everyone I see”

drivers know well that if oncoming traffic flashes their lights at them for no reason it means that there is a speed trap up ahead so it's best to not drive too fast.

‘I had this cabbie in the back of my can the other day…..got caught in his phone whilst driving’
This is the thing peeps may not appreciate about Mikey. Getting the right evidence to catch these drivers. I caught one – driver of a 7 tonne truck carrying a skip with mobile in right hand and steering with his left. But I was on foot, he was high up in his cab and footage not 100% clear unless slowed down. Reported and uploaded to police – up to them if they deem it good enough to prosecute but I know what I saw.
