      Have to deal with alot of this delivery people myself and so many think their above the rules……..staff was actually being very reasonable but person doing delivery just being an entitled fool

      this is stupid, they are both wrong, it is his business and its a daft placeto leave it but there is nothing he can do about it, he is their on business and you cant barr him from entering so moaning at him is the best you can mannage, besides whats gonna happen some random person can open his empty bag? loose the attitude and ASK the guy to park it elsewhere in future, maybe suggest where hew can, also this is what happens when you build a shopping center with a food venus over a railway station, pathetic naming it 'Grand Central' dont name one of the busiest stations in your country after another famous station in someone elses

      Lets not forget jobsworth security like this allowed other atrocities to happen by not approaching clearly odd people. Anyway wouldn’t it be perfect cover to go dressed up as a little granny with a shopping trolley, think outside the box for once security. Its your only task seriously.
