Tire but I’m not stopping until I get to the top right didn’t want to do a long drawn out clip of me putting air in the tie but it was long and drawn out because the pump that’s on my frame apparently the vents that suck the

Air in must be all blocked up with dirt so I must remember yeah keep the pump in me pocket keep it clean CU evidently the dirt’s gone into it and now it doesn’t really work very well as a pump so yeah it’s a bit frustrating anyway onwards and upwards what we got here

For me I mean my wattage is always going to be higher cuz I’m big and I’m heavy so takes a lot more wats to keep keep me Mo momentum going forwards but that is a manageable sort of uh Power and speed for me I don’t know how that translates

On the road bike yet uh 270 watts is going to be faster I’m sure I just don’t know how much you know when you’re you’re cycling along and you can’t get your brain off food yeah you need it then it’s your body telling you you need to eat isn’t

It well I was thinking about pasties and sausage rolls and need some Scotch eggs heading across Kingston Lacy now come out near the uh QE School into wimbor coffee stop then we can all go our own ways or uh head back to the start we of course rad to the ride

The ride is done we’re all going our separate ways now some of the guys are heading back to verwood and uh we’re going to cut off here another one of them lives in windborn so he’s going to stop here as well he’s done his Loop and that’s that it’s good ride

Slowing sausage roll and a coffee for me I think Mike had bacon and cheese cant anyway we’ve been fed and watered all aiming towards Ham Lane we’ll probably split up at Ham Lane St John’s Hill Crossroad lights changed everybody got stuck behind me so I’m just going to take it easy and
