Forecasters warned that everybody would be affected by a rare weather cycle, with almost all of the UK placed under amber warnings for strong winds on Sunday night.

The storm caused flight chaos across the UK and Ireland as high winds affected flying conditions.

    1. Big Jet TV loves a good storm in the hope of capturing a major accident so he can SELL the footage, anyone that knows him will tell you he is a racist, a bully, anti Royalist, anti COVID rules (back in the days of lockdown) He will break the rules at any opportunity given the chance! The (REAL) media should NOT KEEP GIVING HIM AIRTIME!

    2. Very soon going to happen very horrible thing to uk and this is not like job center sanction very poor man over his last couple hundred pounds what government gives and they illegally take away is that where educated ppl in job center thrive? This is beyond demonic and I going to continue throw rubbish bags straight to church doors and ask god for the worst no escape unless corrupted system makes the right decision choice is yours ….

    3. Rather not be present than dead… Also huge respects to the pilots, I'd have my hands absolutely trembling if I were flying in 80kts winds.

    4. I saw a flight on flight tracker that was originally going from tenerife to Edinburgh and they got to Edinburgh Airport and they turned around and landed in Amsterdam

    5. Was flying back from Dublin in a small tin of baked beans jumping up n down and let me tell you, getting pinned back in yer seat going back up little engines screaming after hitting the runway sideways is definitely worth the experience but only once.

    6. Being a pilot in these conditions must be terrifying, I know they are highly skilled but I can’t imagine having so many lives in my hands and having to do something like this.

    7. If theres a storm, why don't planes just get redirected to another airport where the storm is less concentrated. Which in terms enables a safer landing, rather thaan attempting a landing in the first place?
