I do this by regularly attending trade events such as CMT Stuttgart, Abenteuer und Allrad, Caravan Salon Dusseldorf, Warsaw Caravan and Camping Show and sometimes others.

I cover equipment, including 12v electrical equipment and talk a lot about lithium batteries.

I also show some of the places I have visited in Europe in my own motorhome, as well as the places you can stay at! Hello and welcome to uh today’s uh live broadcast from CMT stutgart I’m want to show you some lastrada camper van today and uh so as always this is a live broadcast you can ask something if you want uh it doesn’t have to be relevant to the theme butth please keep the

Language appropriate as this is uh meant to be a family show well or thereabouts or something along those lines so anyway um I’ll start off with this one here this lastrada aanl a uh now LR Camper vans are uh particularly well made they are uh definitely on the top range of uh

Vehicles but something like this here you’re looking at 96,000 so you’ve got a vehicle with a uh the rear bed at the back plenty of storage below there’s your gas cabinet and you see one of the problems when you do live uh events like this some you just walks

Into the vehicle just before you actually go into it so that makes it a little bit more difficult for me but anyway now I’ll walk around to the front show you what it looks like at the front uh so um this as fat ducato camper van but definitely ly amongst the uh the

Best made uh amongst them in fact so far have I’ve only sh sort of really good well-made uh vehicles uh when I’ve been doing these live ones uh day one was robera day two affinity and now uh here at lastrada storage all the way around double back interesting feature with

This one is that the mattress can be lifted up and giving you more space in the back as you’d expect storage under the kitchen block also it’s got two USBS right there uh anyway so it’s been request not to sit on the seats uh presumably you

Can do that once you actually buy the thing uh oh I do like the uh the washroom door this only company actually does it like this and um which a banty SE and uh so as I said earlier that this this bit here this comes up lift that up

Like that that gives you more space in the back should you need it of course it’s not flat if you need to sleep on it this one here you’re looking at € 110,000 it’s uh the roof has been raised a bit I think yes and

Uh you notice also the way the the floor is the corridor is narrower here at this point but widens towards the back allowing access into the shower and toilet uh storage uh up there and storage all the way around um wardrobe here the shelves will obviously come out should you want them fridge

There and same kitchen block to burnner and a sink he we move on the next one region s is a Mercedes uh 6 M uh vehicle and um this comes at a cost of €40,000 but that’s uh very well done there storage around the bed at the back as

Always bed contoured into a uh more unusual shape um to make more space at one side and also note this the flare which extends the uh bedro on both sides cuz the Mercedes is a rather difficult vehicle to actually make anything out of uh toilet once more shower with a double

Doors uh mirror up there very similar on this side okay the fridge is different same fridge as at one got a bigger one but the same type of fridge as I’ve got in mine and uh storage up here and down there as well uh I personally think that these

Seats look very good and this color and and leather but I mean that’s a matter of opinion of course other people might think it looks a bit formal um with lastrada as well it’s the because the the table is quite large but these are problems with um the driving position uh

Seat so what happens this there’s a place for this table will store behind this unit when the vehicle is being driven gives more space uh for the driver to push the seat back a bit and there’s a place also for the uh stalk the stalk of the leg Table leg goes over there

Somewhere there are companies such as Canal has got this thing called the easy entry table uh which um where the table is hung onto the wall but I think the problem with this is that having something like that is that it doesn’t uh give a lot of support So if you start

Leaning on the table or something um I would question whether it has the um they can take the weight whereas if somebody if you got a table leg like here much better solution in my opinion let’s come around here for Sprinter 419 stacks of storage though also in the back uh right Regent

EB someone in there so I won’t go in there uh that’s even more expensive that one there costs 164,000 this one here 110,000 uh this uh vehicle there’s the bed up there drops down we’ve got a large um uh semi dinette area and this rather odd shaped bed of course there is

A piece which will come in here but it’s effectively it’s two singles and there’s also storage under it as well so for those that need uh hello Chris uh a longer uh bed than uh there this is probably a better one there you go there’s a the same washroom as we saw

In the other uh Fatar models uh let’s go on the next one now and uh right Avanti EB uh see it from the rear lots of storage there bed quite High and so this one also similar pattern at the back as we just saw and but a smaller washroom I think I

Think it’s smaller storage above the driving and uh passenger seats right here we’ll go see this one the on the other side’s rather futuristic looking vehicle the Nova and uh I’m trying to get so it seems as though everything’s very close oh sorry it’s B really close I can’t

Break I can’t make it any sorry I just can’t I’m trying to uh take the uh thing out a bit to give uh anyway this this vehicle here which you can see is very um futuristic it was introduced at this event 5 years ago and uh so for something like this you’re

Looking up to about sorry not it’s 2020 4 years ago um you’re looking at around 150,000 approximately depends on the equipment range let’s have a look what the price says here only 175,000 on that uh but very nice looking vehicle I I think now um here’s a Nova M and uh this

One here the difference between the two is that one has got uh sort of lengthwise beds other has got widthwise beds but um I think rather attractive vehicle on the whole and I’ll find finish off with having a look at this one here and um so there’s the uh there’s the rear the

Storage bit this one is the uh H+ at €11,000 what I find attractive about this is uh there a lot of storage it’s really well built for storage uh so your bed is up there and it’s got a rear washroom and uh the there’s the there’s the toilet

And Sh obviously you probably want to take the carpet up before you actually used it and the interesting thing is uh that you’ve got lots of storage now I have said before that it does look a bit like an office um I didn’t mean that in a

Negative way at all uh it’s an office sort of here for example you got this filing cabinet here but the thing is this this filing cabinet is a very good way of storing uh whatever stuff you’re carrying with you so it’s a a box shape so I think that’s really really good

There’s the fridge in it dtic the one that opens both ways and we’ve got all this storage over here as well so I think this is to me a very uh interesting vehicle the negative side of it is it uh that it doesn’t you

Can’t carry a bike in it but I I really F if you’re not want a bike uh on a bike to carry this I think is a superly uh attractive vehicle for carrying stacks of stuff with you so let’s come out I do appreciate I mean the price is

Quite a lot but it’s it’s it’s nice uh the rear storage area uh there you go um you can make this this thing here comes down to make a uh sort of a structure you can put the build sort of things on but if you’re going to carry a bike

You’re going to have to take the wheel off for example in there but despite all that I have to say that that is one of my favorite Vehicles so anyway good so there’s my uh uh tour for today uh live chat for today on lastrada camper van thanks very much
