A petite ribeye really small probably 9 or 10 ounces kind of thin and a leftover chunk of pot roast about half a pot roast that I cooked yesterday and I’m just going to cut these into nice thick strips and wrap them in bacon and fry them up I call it bacon wrap steak

Fingers or uh bacon wrap roast bee fingers it’s a really good way if you got leftover roast just cut them into strips and wrap them in bacon and fry it up it is so good I mean anything good wrapped in bacon is delicious if this

Was a nice like 32 o well marbled ribeye you know I wouldn’t be cutting it up and making steak fingers but just once in a while it’s nice to change it up with a RI ey and uh cut her into strips and wrap it up and fry it up very good wrap

It up in bacon I mean anyway here we go all right I’m filming this with one hand so I can’t really show the whole cutting process but just cut that steak into four strips and I cut up that roast and a nice four thick chunks and we got one of the slices of

The roast getting ready to wrap it in the bacon that was a little more difficult than I thought to wrap that up that bacon was really uh tore really easily kind of on a cheaper side bacon I think I would have used two slices per thing

But I didn’t have enough only had eight slices but we got them wrapped up and time to go on the Pan So there you have it that is a pretty neat way to and you can’t get any easier than that to maybe take a cheap cheaper cut a riye you know a thinner cheaper cut and do something just a little different with it just season it up and

Wrap it in bacon and a really good way to uh to have your leftover roast is cut it into big old slabs wrap it in bacon fry it up if you haven’t tried uh roast beef wrapped in bacon pre cooked R roast beef wrapped in bacon oh my
