      Давно видел дом в инстаграмм. Реальность другая. Великолепно созданое с наружи и внутри пространство, просто уничтожает горячий цвет дерева. Считаю,что стоило просто дать больше белого внутри.

      The location and the view are what makes this property. As for the interior finishes, it just plain vanilla feel. As for whoever did the interior design work, just ok. As for the furniture, absolutely hideous. Tasteless at best. Like I said, it's the location and the view that makes this house.

      My mother's grandfather lived in a villa outside Monte Carlo – may have been Cap Martine –
      and she and my father went there on their honeymoon in '53. Have seen photos but wish
      I knew more and exactly where the property is/was.

      Crazy place; though I don't think it's that much "crazier" than most other places in this league. I think it's the fact that it's in/near Monaco with that view that makes it that much better. 17:15 Lay what out? You mean lie out.

      Cookie cutter structures like these will be tomorrow's kitsch.
      It lacks character. The view is awesome though but no different from Clifton, Camps Bay in South Africa.

      So you get everything Monaco has to offer except you're not in Monaco so you don't get any of the benefits from the tax breaks. This place is worth $0

      I feel that's a decent price and the place has incredible views and landscaping … I love the swimming pool but a lot of today's design is just too soulless … not a lot of warmth and charm inside that building but I do love the big windows with the great views

      That residence is exquisite. Cap Martin is Location Prime too. The landscape architecture was EXECUTED CURATED. The choice & SCALE even to the flagstone grading. When ones staircase has risers so close to each other so as not to be physically taxing clearly a Triumph.
