Heidelberg Germany : Walking through The Most Romantic City| Europe Travel Series Ep 15

Welcome to Our new Vlog! In Today’s video we are taking you to most Romantic city and scientific hub of Germany. It has most reputed universities in the world.

We will take you first the main square where we have specialty of Heidelberg than will go up in funicular to Heidelberg Castle where we explore the historical side of Heidelberg and medicine museum, than take a stroll in Palace Garden.

We also explore the Panoramic views from the Viewpoint and walk through the hiking trail, after that we will roam around the Heidelberg Bridge and mesmerize by sunset views.

Hi guys and welcome to travelsheesh In today’s video we are taking you to Heidleberg which is our technological city in Germany It is kind of a biscuit it’s called flaming heart it contains   chocolate and nuts so let’s try it it’s the specialty of Heidelberg Germany

We are at Heidelberg today which is a very cool and very romantic City and it is famous for so many things including University including the technology including the student life and uh very nice old castle as well you can see on  back side of our screen you can see behind me yeah

Let go an see what’s out there let’s go and explore and explore In today’s video we are taking you to Heidelberg which is a technological City come and there are universities as well specially for engineering students have dream to come here and study

Allama Iqbal also came here to study in Art University it’s a very nice city and we will take you there We left Rothenberg in our car its around 2 hrs drive so let’s roam around Heidelberg there’s also a castle on top of a mountain over here and we’ll go there let’s Let’s Go!

So guys we are in souvenir shop We must have to take Heidelberg souvenir so let’s let’s take some magnets Here you can see the city map so over here you and over here this is where we are and where’s the castle yes  we’ll go up there with the F so guys we in

Here Yes we will go up there in a funicular so guys we are in cafe and trying specialty of Heidelberg so Atif is buying it I will show you afterwards so Atif is trying specialty of Heidelberg so we have bought some kind of a biscuit it’s called flaming heart it contains chocolate and nuts

So let’s try it it’s the specialty of Heidelberg how’s the taste it’s a nice nice one different taste contains all three flavors it has some   filling inside of nut nougat and chocolate on the toppings  plus biscuits It looks already tasty tasty okay let’s try it Heilderberg seems to be a peaceful place

First we will take you to funicular in which we will go up in castle if you take the funicular ticket included to go in the castle inside otherwise you can go by walk but you have to take the ticket to go in the castle

So it’s better to take the funicular and go to the castle what do you say yes let’s finish this and go to explore the castle yep we are going towards the station to take the ticket Let’s buy the ticket and go to the castle you can buy the ticket by yourself as well

And there are the counter as well so they will give you the full details because tickets two types one for the funicular to go of the castle and other for panoramic view if you want to buy the ticket one way two way so counter will give you details otherwise you can select on the as well

And let’s go to the castle which is so up high yep so guys this is the third funicular we will go up for funicular view let’s go up and have some beautiful views so guys now we are in funicular going up to the castle Affan you are going up yay

So we are dropped at castle station now we will explore the castle and see what’s inside the castle let’s go with us Let’s go so now we are entering the courtyard of the castle There will be ticket check at the entrance of courtyard now let’s see how it is

There is the well of the castle peope will take water from here in old times let’s see how deep it is Oh my God its so deep Heidelberg Castle is constructed in 12th century and it is renovated in 17 to 18th century

It is 300 ft above from the city or it’s built on a mountain Its go back to the history Its very old and very beautiful and views are marvelous We will definitely recommend if you come to Heidelberg you must visit here so guys this is the viewpoint

From here you can see the whole city I’m sure the people who would come here will be enjoying the view of the city and earlier the whole city was inside this castle now the castle is on top of the mountain and city is down there

This Castle is preserved so well in this time as well you can’t believe it is built back than Its construction definitely go so back but it preserved so well I love visiting these kind of castles because I’m in a huge castle I love The View I am a knight

So guys this is a small souvenir shop here you can buy Heidelberg souvenirs, magnets and the small models so guys alongside Castle there is pharmacy Museum as well there is lot of details about when medicine started and pharmacy started so there are lots of information so let’s explore it

So guys here you can see over here there is a diploma in old times there is one year diploma for medicine in 18th century for pharmacy so that was easy for the doctors back then

So guys here in my backside you can see there is a cafe as well so if you come in the castle you have something to eat as well Its not like that you just visit here and go there are washrooms as well and cafes also so you will definitely enjoy this place

So guys after exploring the castle we are going towards palace garden a it won’t be possible that there is a castle and no garden Emperors do need garden and greenery so let’s explore the palace garden so guys you can see this the beautiful palace garden you can see these Autumn Leaves

As Autumn season about to start and you can see those colorful leaves over here people can sit and relax they can have food or drink over here so it’s a very nice place to relax so guys here on back side you can see there is the Heidelberg bridge

We will take you at the time of sunset and will show the beautiful views It is the famous bridge people come here to explore this bridge along with the castle so guys River Nicker flows with the Heidelberg bridge there are different different rivers over here

Germany have so many rivers and all have beautiful bridges and in our language Nicker means go away so guys now we are again in funicular for panoramic views so let’s go Let’s Go! so guys here you can see we are at the panoramic view

We are top of the mountain and you can see the whole city back over there so Tiny I am a king you’re a king then sit over there so crown would be on your head yes the king of the jungle here you can see on the back side there’s a map of the Nature Park

There’s a Nature Park over here you take views from here and there’s a hotel over there so you can  stay here but I think it would be definitely very very expensive so guys this trek is for the hikers you can go to the hiking as well but we haven’t planned for hiking

We don’t have the clothes and we don’t have the shoes as well so let’s go back and see what else is there I wanted ice cream let’s go let’s go so Affan you’re patting the lion yes this is your lion or you are the lion come

So guys now we are back from funicular now we are going to have lunch because we are so hungry Let’s find some restaurant and have some lunch so guys now we are reached at the Heidelberg bridge especially famous for the sunset views we will show you sunset views also

It is also famous along side castle as well so let’s explore it If you want to see the our pictures then you   can look at Atif Hussain photography on Instagram sure and on facebook you see the White House on top of that  green mountain

the topest one that’s where we went there and on top of the castle weeee so this bridge crosses over the river nicker you can have view of river nicker you can cross it from one side to another people go on the bicycle as well but car won’t go here
