230 milliliters of warm milk.

28 grams of butter.
knead the dough by hand.
cover with food foil and leave to ferment for an hour.
spread the dough with our hands.
divide the dough into 16 equal parts.
mold each piece of dough into a ball.
it is placed on a tray lined with baking paper.
cover and leave for 30 minutes.
brush with an egg.
bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
