Not feeling “epic” in the past few days, but a Tour de Zwift Race is something I can’t miss

Does you need a longer Sprint you need this I don’t know wild fun art style uh attacks or this kilara type when they go a kilometer or two beforehand and the group is in the middle of like thinking do they want to follow you or not and this weak
Moment of the field I think that’s the moment you need to go yes it’s very the Isis that uh people come down after you and uh you get overtaken and you landed over but I think it’s a much better like chance for you uh yeah mvdp mature hpol that’s right you know
And I mean the the other thing is like uh to be just like with you with your um with your one arm problem problem your disability to say you know it’s like I’m I’m amazed how you can push the numbers you push uh and I think if you would want to go for
Sprint po you would need something I don’t know if it’s a realistic option is to like really strap your uh one arm to the uh to the steering or something that you can like really pull pull pull because that’s what we all do who spring
Part we pull with the whole body and if you should pull with the with the ls it’s just like it’s unfortunately then a you know a thing you have to overcome that is hard to overcome so but I would mainly focus on the mat Stell you

End because I was pushing so hard on the flat you know and if you can do five minute power boosts on the level other of T they will be good you know even if they stay with you so you bring down their numbers by fatiguing them in the
Race yeah with also what you should I think could do really plan the tiny races uh I think this like power boost relax power boost relaxing not not for the results probably the timey races will not be good for you with the result because it’s very Sprint
Focused but I think it’s a the great training for the five Minutes the thing that helped me most with the Sprint and the results in the last really good weeks was like getting up to 5 minutes power cuz I was yeah in my really great or great in my really best races um like when I won the set racing with 200
People you know I was able to stick in the front part of the group The Last 2 kilometers with lety not EAS but much easier than it would have been before and that helped me then be ready for the Sprint so I don’t know what my hard R

I just said not the balance in my body and then the tiredness and the whole body came from Tuesday Wednesday on then I just were not able to finish uh one of the flat SPS in first place to continue the streak and the muscle still and my head felt like I’m losing
The street blah blah blah and yeah then I mean yesterday morning one in the set ring that helped a lot in my head and I ski then the tiny races at night and he decided to do this one early uh CU I got a lot of work ahead
And yeah so these are the app and daners of sports and swifter not enough champagne yeah thanks SAR no way no I’m I’m trying to tell myself I like you know what the people are you doing in your head to yourself so but yeah you know it’s like

Come into the Sprints with an ease let’s say where I then can really deliver and uh I have a chance against the power sprinters um against the heavier guys because of course if you’re heavier I mean just just look in the professional cycling look at the guys who where the
Sprint is they are more heavy and that’s you want a 15 seconds while you uh yeah go for you much more likely to win a spr here Havey if you’re more lighter guy like myself uh I need to prepare a field let’s say or I need to
Be uh yeah much lower on the fatigue when it then actually comes to the screen to have a chance yeah I know with the with my weight I mean um yeah I know I I should be I I feel like the climbing is much easier now you know course here lighter
And with the longer races uh coming into and the climbing is improved a lot um when what I need to do is actually really um I still need to lose quite some body fat uh which sounds maybe uh strange at that’s weight some 180 cm height and uh yeah 66 67 kilos
Which looks I mean it’s quite lean of course uh but I need to get more musle mass a little bit more and uh you know uh get my my body fat under 10% I’m still around uh like 14% I mean according to the Garmin scale so I I know it’s not an
Exact number that’s clear but it’s a yeah it’s a balance and yeah right Daren what you say I need to get more out of the cell that’s true um and I want to like do more strength training for the overall body and like you know maybe hopefully like switch two three
Kilos uh of body fat mus MK because then I think like uh yeah uh first of all overall uh it helps um and uh yeah I think then I can like stay really long out of Saddle which I have a huge problem with the moment still uh if you watch like people

Nice going, Georg. 6th place is very strong for a big field like that. Especially if you're not at 100% and you're getting used to a new set up. Just goes to show what a strong rider you are. 💪👊
