Beautiful day beautiful day welcome welcome okay so today or this weekend we’re in canai inas in Italy for the third round of Eed um we’re looking forward to the race on Sunday right now it’s raining on practice day so let’s hope it’s going to stop for the race but
Other than that we’re going to have Prime conditions on Sunday then feeling hopefully not hopefully everything everything is wet so it feel good it’s just first day of training and it’s raining so we have to take it really easy because on Sunday it will
Be sunny so so it will not be the same condition yeah yeah really excited we walked uh like three out of the eight stages so uh they all look good pretty much different as Leo gang but uh it looks really like natural terrain and it will be demanding and physical I think
Um we have some wet conditions today which will be you know I think fun to ride but it looks like sunny tomorrow and Sunday for race day so I guess it will be um I wouldn’t say dry but it would be drier than today feeling good tracks was looking
Good uh did yesterday two stages the track walk but now it looks like it’s coming some thunderstorms in so we will see how will be the Training so for valasa for sure I was looking for the podium cuz it was nice stage long stage this is where I can do difference I I knew that I could give my best in the D race in D Stage and then get back to the to the top sun is
Shining um balasa was quite a cool one um I remember going there I was uh walking the track like a few stages I think we walked pretty much all of them because we we thought that like in leog when we walked all those stages it was making a huge difference so we walked
Most of the stages and to be honest with you I didn’t feel like like they were suiting me that good and they were just uh just hard I don’t know like heart packed and then a few of them they were really natural but just the taped of it it didn’t look really
Nice to me at least um but I just went like just went for it really there’s nothing you can do you just have to ride it yeah I guess that yesterday was a little bit slippery uh a little bit uh hard to handle but uh SS out and I guess
That the conditions will be prime today basa it’s been definitely the most beautiful one the mountains there are insane we have a good speed the bike’s good um still there is a lot to learn but we are in the right direction in valasa I I started to do track walks because for
Me maybe it’s just me but I need really I need to understand where I am going uh like if I understand which turn will come the next and the next then I can go fast I’m not a fast rider who can ride blind the Tracks Racing day it’s all mentally you know like all the homework is done you just you’ve done everything you you visualize all the GoPros and then you’ve done all the like like let’s say physical stuff like everything is done you just need to like if you’re in a good mindset you can
Make it through even if it’s like a hard Day I think I have learned or it has been even more clear for myself that I know what I need to be happy and satisfied in a group of people um and that I’m a really emotional and sensitive human and if it’s not fun for me nothing works and I can’t ride bike

Looking for for today and uh such a long experience I’m I’m sure you’re going to show us something good today Robin wner and johanes [Applause] fishbar So the first four stages done uh the first two I did like pretty good I was overall in fourth but then on stage three and four I I think my head was not really there I tried to push but sometimes I not remember what’s coming
So I was too much on the brakes and now I’m in overall seven which is still good now we just have to fight fight [Applause] Hard Was overall good like between four and fifth place all half day and then the afternoon um I was I miss a bit my post stage so in stage six uh Tutti fruty I would really want to be good because it’s a stage really long and then I knew
I can do well and take some time to still battle for the podum but I crash a bit hard and then I hit my finger so I couldn’t end the bars again uh I mean through the the way so I just decide to stop and that end my day but overall my
My speed is good day was overall I would say it was really good like my goal when I came here was to come into the top 10 I finished in eighth um the day started really good I did two stages I think in fifth and fourth was overall fourth but
Then I two stages which was not that good and then I was in between 5 and 10 always and overall I’m now eight I’m happy really good of course yeah really happy um yeah it’s just a lot of emotions coming so it’s just um yeah the day started really kind
Of slow um so I didn’t have like the best kind of uh feelings on me um but I just never gave up man like it was just um just pushing and pushing every time I was kind of finding my Pace every stage and um we stayed solid in all of them
And at the end of the day when there is like eight stages if you’re solid in all of them them um you have a great result so definitely like what we did today is what I was expecting for next year really like it for me it was like
Something that um I I knew it was going to be tough and a run a long road um but we made it happen today and yeah just everything has been really good and the whole team worked really hard so yeah no more words man on the second set of the podium for
