This is the air i’m checking out at the moment because i found some nice trails on the motorbike so i’m out here on the mtb today gonna cut through the his forest and head back to ronda but first checking out these single tracks i’ve just come up here it’s quite tough but

It’s a really nice trail and you can see it carries on up the hill and it goes into the edge of the forest to the right and then we go a little higher and can descend on some more single track these are all the trials i need to

Explore because it goes off here to the right goes off up here i know i can continue up this hill and it was a really long run back down to the top of the first pass i just came up on so i’m gonna do that today so yeah just at the top

Uh this is the top of the hill just behind me here uh but in front of me is the trail that i’ve come up for it’ll take me back down towards the uh the trial i came up originally but then i hook off to the right this is where i originally came up

I’ve come up from the village over there up this lovely little trail a bit steep and roughy places for the forest i’ve done a couple of loops checking out the track which is nice a bit technical in places but uh quite fun down this track sorry and then

This is the other bit that’s unexplored yeah through this fence and then the path drops into this valley no idea what it’ll be like i’m hoping it’s a fun bit of path they’re not built for cycling or mountain bike in these paths they’re literally built for walkers so they don’t take that into

Consideration but you’re allowed to use them on a bike and if it’s there be rude not to so this is the head of the trail i’m gonna drop that in huh wish me luck Well this trail’s working out pretty nice so far but yeah here we are here obligatory sheep that bump into a flock of sheep or go somewhere man this is nice rosemary growing wild there’s loads of it in this valley but it’s not just rosemary it’s also thyme as well so

When you brush past it you can smell it it’s really nice but this trail’s working out very well so far yeah so that worked out great the the route down from the valley up here now down all through this uh uh trail here worked out great it’s a

Little bit technical but i really enjoyed it from here it’s i don’t know 100 meters of road and then i’m all the way back to ronda on some dirt tracks probably about 20k something like that but familiar territory i’m really pleased i found this it actually opened up

A new route idea for me for people with a little bit more experience so yeah i think we’re gonna i’m gonna bring a few people up here with e-bikes and we’re gonna spend a bit more time in the forest up there have a blast around

And then all the way back to ronda again so yeah that’d be nice bring some friends over cool you

    1. Wow, I can’t believe the wide open trails you got there, although not MTB specifically you could trek for miles and miles. I know your not looking for hike a bike trails, they just seem to go on to infinity. Good luck with your trail hunting!

    2. Can you recommend anywhere to hire decent emtb from round there? Thinking of taking a trip up from La Linea next time I stay there. Take it I would need to rent a car to get there too?
