Police have launched a public appeal for a reckless rider

This is my first ride of 2024, it’s been storm after storm, the roads are flooded and trees are down. I cycled from Exeter and travelled up to Haldon, where I go off road and ride some gravel trails before returning to Exeter. I take a look at the flooded river Exe and cycle through the city centre, were I came across a motor biker that the Police are hunting, which was also reported in the local paper for being a reckless rider. My observations are the subject of this ride. So come along and enjoy another great cycling adventure.

Yeah I’m actually uh been climbing the Hills today D in eco mode or with the motor off at the moment I got the motor off as you guys can see down there I don’t WRA the motor on but I got to lose this weight got to put the extra I got to put
