For our final day in Lithuania, I jump on an electric scooter to meet carVertical.

I spot two very interesting motorbikes, and we grab a cocktail with a view.

    1. According to International Crime Index, Lithuania is the 16th safest country in Europe (Estonia is 4th) out of 41 in total. In contrast UK has 8th highest crime rate. France has 2nd highest crime rate, followed by Sweden and Greece.

    2. It's an interesting place whether I will ever get there who knows I would like to think so ,I am left wondering what car vertical actually does to make money is it some kind of customer experience type of thing ?. Are there public type of charging points for these lecky scoot's Freddie so when you've done you park it at a designated charging area or something ? .Good watch guys thanks for sharing 👌👍

    3. I'd agree on pricing. Food shopping is actually more expensive than Ireland. It used to be really cheap. Anecdotally they say the transition to the euro introduced a lot of price gouging. Basically what cost, say, 2 litas got priced at 2 euros which is ridiculous. It never really balanced out. When you factor in the average wage v the cost of living, it is quite expensive to live there. Electricity and gas was always expensive and it was the poor teaching wages that forced my wife and I to leave.

    4. To revise your occupation while wearing the blue plastic hat thing it is more remiscent of a surgeon's hair 'net'! That's been an interesting few weeks in Vilnius and Lithuania in general. Still get a bit twitchy about the proximity of Russia and Putin and goons but apart from that it seems quite relaxed,

    5. Might have to save this one to my favorites and get working on a better job / office / life 🌍☕️👀💙💯⛽️☝️🥃♍️

    6. I had a good laugh at the sexy shower cap, Monica is looking out for her man 😂. Great coverage brother from your time there, and I 100% agree with the Air BnB statement, super hard to find one here in US for under $2-2500k a month. Safe travels back to the homeland

    7. Hey Freddie so a while back I mentioned buying a Harley after 6 years of not riding due to your channel inspiring me. Well the Harley broke down 5 mins out of the dealer. Got my money back and bought a 2020 Royal Enfield Conti GT (in Mr Mayhem). Who'd have thought it. Amazing bike and saved a grand too! You rock!!!

    8. NOT INTERESTED IN VISITING A COUNTRY WHO IS TRYING TO START WW3. Idiotic government who is bought by USA. Yea go visit the CIA out house. F off!

    9. I really like my scooter for round the village and short rides into the city. It's petrol, though: Yamaha Aerox 155.
Hepco & Becker panniers and top cases are the best.
I still have a Buell. They are brilliant bikes. Mine is the long-travel suspension XB12X Ulysses: longer wheelbase than the one you looked at. My favourite bike I've owned.
Vilnius seems like a nice place. I can't see myself ever going, though. Is Lithuania part of the 90-day with no visa EU area? It is a real hassle in Portugal now since we left the EU. Post from GB takes forever to get here, for no real reason. I've been waiting for my new UK driving licence to arrive for ages. Can't ride my trike. I'm thinking of selling up and dumping the place.

    10. Like the videos apart from the annoying adverts
Every Christmas i rent an apartment in Adeje Tenerife for 1 mouth £800 and I can also rent another apartment for 3 months minimum at £500 a month

    11. Not so sure about the proliferation of electric scooters in Europe's cities. Sounds like a step in the direction of the WEF's "you will own nothing and you will be happy" dogma. I've worked bloody hard for everything I own, including all the motorbikes I've ever owned and ridden all round Europe in complete personal liberty. I'm damned if I'm going to let Klaus Schwab come along and tell me that because of my "unsustainable" lifestyle I have to give up my bike and my liberty.

    12. Lithuania looks excellent, you've definitely put it on my radar.

The biggest thing that strikes me is how clean everywhere is , the streets are spotless in comparison to the UK.

    13. I had a Buell 1200 Lightning and they are insane bikes, I loved it, very innovative design, but fragile as hell and will rot over night if left out in the elements.

    14. I really like your videos…I'm italian and i don't speak English very well and sorry for that. Congratulations again, and I promise you that I will keep watching your videos

    15. ❤ Lithuania – as an American who lives there between travels.
Many American Embassy families extend their time working there because LT is so safe for their kids to romp around.
