Human scale roads in Portugal are good for bicycling
Small little Country Road outside of santorina Portugal to clean on a very bikable Road cars or trucks are about once every five minutes this road looks to be about 16 feet wide possibly an ideal width for a country road very little signs which is good no paint which is really good
They’re very aesthetic this is the Rio tihoe Valley the width of 16 feet seems good because the vehicle can pass safely and when they’re done passing and a bicyclist has the road to themselves it feels like a very human scale for the Missoula Institute for sustainable transportation this is Bob Giordano signing off
