Driving Over the MOUNTAINS to Beziers – A Christmas Wonderland

In this video we leave our Aire in Nevers and travel further south to the town of Issoire for a free stop over in order to catch up on some chores i.e. a very large bag of washing!

It was a rather cold night so early the next day after procurring delicious pastries from the Carrefour we head on another long drive to the beautiful town of Beziers.
We were unsure what to expect as the pictures of the town look beautiful but you never know!
This has been one of our best stops so far and we have totally enjoyed our two nights here despite the fridge playing up again!

Morning everyone so we’re on the road early it was a cold one last night it was that cold I about to take the dogs out this morning the H door was frozen shot but we are leaving our little a really easy to get out so your access

Code that I showed you um on the last Vlog type it in and tell it whether you’re coming back or not or you definitively leaving and then the barrier will open it’s all done after the little pay machine so we’re on our way to another the a this one is a free

One I’ve read that it’s very popular so that’s why we’re on the road a little bit early um but it has got a revolution so we can get some ler done cuz it’s getting a bit ridiculous is it it is so hopefully we’ll pick you up when we Get they fall back down and they keep getting up and they try to Ste Probably won’t see them on the action camera but there’s a big mountains over there it’s not the pyes um like Stephen thought we’re not that close to Spain but they are I can’t say the name of them they are mid France and the highest peak I think is

7,9 9 7,900 km high so they are big mountains he keeps saying we’re heading to the mountains but we’re not they they’re miles away you can’t even see them on the camera I don’t record we’re not heading to the mountains are you worried no I’m not

Water so I’ve just looked it up and that’s where we are apparently the largest volcanic complex in Europe stepen said we’re not in Fiji so they can’t be volcano what that’s what Google says it’s pretty you might be able to see them now pretty cold beautiful is it cold it

Over there so that’s a big bag of washing and drying sorted uh so chore number one done we’re debating on whether to go for but Stephen’s got a bit of p t today so he don’t want to go too far from the van I’ll put the washing away and see

Keep us going so we can get off this big bypass but yeah that was a big grudgingly on wasn’t it yeah I W filling up we should really filled up before we got to this W but there you go there wasn’t many there where where we were look where we’ve come

Through we could have found one if we’d like thought that way but we didn’t yeah our mistake so we paid for it oh the snow I don’t think we’re supposed to be coming this way any winter here it it’s a lot warmer but it’s a lot of snow around we’re

Coming through the national park um where the volcanic Fusion is that I spoke about so we how we’re going up and over that’s probably why there’s a lot of snow around my ears keep popping so we’re going high we just been past a sign that says our altitude is 1500 M so

That’s 1500 m above sea level so we’re pretty high up um yeah still climbing still climbing we still go 119 km on this road oh Dear goes on let’s have a good time night of the Century our best days can’t be done all the good times turn into memories and the goes on let’s have a good night The we finally dropped down out of all the snow um I was a little bit bum Twitchy cuz we wasn’t expecting it to be that bad up there were we sun over there yeah the sun over there very pretty so we got 13 km left on this

In have a look at the Christmas markets but we’re here for two nights so we can go back in tomorrow either on the bikes or walk whatever doesn’t matter there’s loads of cycle tracks around there there’s loads of people on here with bikes um but yeah this little air is

All all I knew was somebody had posted on park for night yesterday that they’ve been to the Christmas Market and he is so we came looking for them and there’s the big fat man himself not Steven oh yeah there waterfall over there told you let’s go this way tell
