I woke up I didn’t know where it was I know it like looking up and I saw the stars and that’s amazing that was really cool hi guys I’m am in luck with the Kabbalah we took the easier plane from Amsterdam to home at the Muccino

And then we cycled over old Roman way it’s a part on taste and then after that it’s based underwater to Rome small splash then we stay wrong with the system sites like Pantheon and the cause IAM it’s a beautiful things and that we took the train she also plays again

Trained to attack Liana italiano yeah between italiano and Emily cycle here just come sides on the map it’s beautiful there’s hardly anyone here is gonna make your sister ankle it’s an amazing view so here behind me but myself so here behind me you can see

Little part of the lake sunset it was as you can see it’s it’s approaches just just for me just for me sorry nice would love to stay here longer so that’s that and we’re sucking the Sun root so we’re going the whole way to Lake Garda and then we’re going to pizanno

In in Trento Contino so still a long way to go but I love the pool it’s called different than Florida where the pool is that’s just seen the haven’t seen the video here can click on that and then you can see that pool there was ready out here’s nice You’ve made it it was uh well pretty hilly of how our what is a second day but we we conquered this big mountain it’s what it feels like let’s be hot we made it 574 metres yes time to eat six times a day fully fully

How many foot brace did you have so far today what’s in there not like donuts or something [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] it’s been so hot today and I actually I smelled of water it’s crazy but there’s a little pond there and I I could smell it from meters away you can just feel it can feel the wind that suddenly gets a little bit colder nice it’s a cool trail

Hair it’s like for cyclists to be a bit careful with the stones but I think there’s this pretty new it looks very new there’s no one here just some farmers just love to jump in this palm tree go on it’s a first place bird officially says Sun root on the

Sign cyclo Via della Zola Wow when trees And no cars The handy thing will help dry climate is that you can just wash your clothes hang them on the bags works perfect and tries really fast so I’ve actually learned it from a lot of people sitting in on Facebook you have your shower clean your clothes with some shampoo hang them up

Everything you don’t you know have closed off laundry today after a few days you could bring only one top but I do bring like one three four no I mean I just like to lemon go to the restaurant I like to wear something nice that’s it so you know it’s not so much

Extra weights to bring something extra but when you’re in a hot country like this you don’t let me meet much your camping you learn more you know more more tricks we were able to bring the MSR our tents on this trip that was our tent that I tested well go we could trip

They let us use the tent for for a few more weeks here so that’s great thank you what I really like is and you know I used to always put the outside tan down because it could bring more rain here for a while so this this tent is totally

Made of ventilation if you don’t you see us a tent it’s kids kids on a campsite yeah it’s translation so it’s really really nice when it’s hot to to have that and all of the first night I woke up I didn’t know where it was I know like

Looking up and I saw the Stars and that’s amazing that was really cool so it feels more like you’re okay you can look at the Stars it’s great so nothing more to say yeah we are reading out a lot here we brought our camping stuff

But Italy I mean the food is so good and it’s so cheap yeah – I mean just a bike – always have to be budget I know we I know like I started budget when I started by tours I really didn’t have money to God for dinner but

Now I do we do have the money so why not enjoy it why not spend it and you know help the people that are anything of it tourism though we’ve seen a lot of restaurant owners here in very expensive car so it’s not like charity but it’s

Just nice it’s just nice to sit on a table and have something to eat I know there’s probably some of you are really hardcore cyclists we’re not we have done really hardcore things but I do like I do love to sit on the table and enjoy fruit so I’m just waiting for forever

Now we have something for dinner again I think in the restaurant the campsite five hero for a pasta that kind of thing in the next we will enjoy another beautiful cycling day hope it ends up not the way the plants hope see them till next Sunday bye

    1. One of the great things when we cycle tour is to pull into a small village, see a whole lot of tradesmen's trucks outside a bistro, go in and spend an hour or so having a leisurely lunch. Usually accompanied by a demi-litre of local vino! A journey is not guaged by the kilmetres ridden!
