Just a short video made while riding this beautiful bike path near Sancraiu village, in the heart of Transylvania. Road cycling in Romania can be a great experience if you know the right roads to do it : beautiful landscapes, not a lot of traffic & good quality asphalt. This weekend we’ve cycled around 90km in Huedin city area. On the first day we pedaled on the short Sancraiu bike path and reached Margau & Calatele villages in Apuseni Mountains. The bike path is quite short (around 5km around Sancraiu village) but there are plans to there are plans to expand it in the future. Here is the Strava track if you need it :
