Austria – Czechia by recumbent bike (8) Seefeld – Traunsee – Pettenbach, Salzkammergut Radweg (R2)

Very scenic and easy ride along the coastline of the Traunsee. After Gmunden we leave the Alps mountains and camp near a castle in Pettenbach, Ober-Österreich.

This austrian bread is not digestable, not even for the duck! 😉 In Altmünster Very steep climb! The tram of Gmunden is the smallest tram company in the world. On August 13 1894 this 2,3 km long line is opened. We are following now the R13. We are leaving the busy highways behind us
