Quite lucky I got a just eat shift from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and that’s exactly the hours that I’m going to be working this morning and I haven’t done an early morning shift in a very very long time so I thought why not get out

On this uh cold Sunday morning cuz it is quite cold 15° at the minute yeah it’s been a very long time since I’ve done a morning shift and I can feel it myself I’m quite tired but I’m sure once I get into uh into the swing of things

CC motorbike and I have started the process to get my full license so I’ve booked my theory in for 2 weeks time and I also have to renew my CBT my CBT runs out in November and to continue doing deliveries I have to renew my CBT

Now using the app if you switch from Petrol to Electric you get1 per delivery extra once you’ve done the switch to Electric up to £400 and they pay it per 100 deliveries so after 100 deliveries on a on a on a electric motorbike or electric moped you’ll get £100 bonus up

To £400 I think it’s running until the 1st of January 2024 so yeah if you’ve just uh bought a new electric bike or you’re going to make a switch to Electric moped I don’t think it’s for ebikes it’s only for electric mopeds you can get yourself uh a one PB bonus on on

Every trip up to 400 trips so I just thought I’d uh let you guys know I have done the switch I’m yet to see any difference but maybe there’s a a change in demand as well with the new electric account maybe they’re going to prioritize electric over petrol I don’t

Know don’t quote me on that that’s just my my theory cuz I find the ebike accounts and electric motorbike because deliver have electric motorbike accounts I find that they get a lot more orders than uh the normal motorbike accounts so it’ll be interesting to see the algorithm and see how that changes yeah

Let’s get over to the next customer or the first customer and uh crack on with this morning shift my first customer’s address I think this is going to be upstairs yeah how you doing all right there you go thank you you got it yeah it’s heavy thank you all right let me

Switch on deliveroo again I just e yeah got to get back in the zone for just e yeah that first one £440 so far on Uber don’t think I’ve had a uber delivery to start off the shift in a long time can’t remember the last time that happened all

Right let’s get back up to Wards and McDonald’s there’s my first just e order £54 picking up from that first McDonald’s that I went over to for the deliveroo order let’s head over there now it’s only 6 minutes away back at Mackie D’s and there’s another order

Coming in there ha that’s the same order as before it’s still coming through I don’t know what is going on there hello is it a hot drink oh God it is okay the double lid thank you all right picked up that order luckily this drop off is only 1 minute

Away just don’t trust that drink someone’s fighting this time in the morning that’s what happens when they close down police stations see now it’s just complete chaos I think in the last week there have been like six murders in London so wild just out of control how you doing all right

Don’t mind waiting about 10 minutes in between jobs but when it’s coming in every 2 3 minutes that is very very good but there’s not many other Riders out as you can see even in that McDonald’s normally there’s like 10 15 Riders waiting for orders and we only nutcase

Out at this time I understand why other drivers don’t work at this time because most of the places are closed but they need to think the places that are open they’re the ones that are busy because customers have no other choice but to order from these places I didn’t even

Know Subway was open at before 9 9:00 a.m. on a weekend I thought they open maybe 9:10 a.m. they open at4 to 8: it must be open at 7:00 actually if the orders coming now I’m not going to check the earnings throughout today’s shift I’m I’m just going to wait until the end

Of the shift and then see how much money I’ve made in total cuz I think that’s the best way to do it I think if you look at how much you’ve made get quite lazy what I do anyway if I see I’ve made £50 already I’m like me I don’t really
