It’s not possible to have a 100% success rate, and I’m fine with that. I’m confident that the Met and CPS have a mostly good process, and although it’s flawed, this means that most of the drivers I report with sufficient evidence will end up being prosecuted.

You can report road crime online here in London: https://www.met.police.uk/ro/report/rti/rti-a/report-a-road-traffic-incident/
In the rest of the UK you can use the NextBase Portal to find your local force submission portal:

    1. And what's with the beeping from the oncoming car? They don't like you trying to keep the roads safer so that a distracted driver doesn't crash into them? Sure, you were out near the centre line but there was still room for them to pass without drama, as have many other drivers in virtually identical situations, as seen in many of your other videos. I suspect this was another case of a driver with the attitude of "You shouldn't be on the road. Use the cycle path".

    2. Hopefully the pic he took of you is his screensaver now, to remind him not to use his phone whilst driving. He might not get away with it next time. View it as a warning Mr.

    3. I really think it's high time for the authorities to consider increasing the penalties for mobile device distracted driving. Increase it from 6 to 9 points and increase the fine as well. And have a massive publicity campaign to highlight the increase. Increasing it to 9 points would mean more drivers deservedly losing their licence due to totting up. And for those that are first offence, this would presumably result in a more than doubling of insurance premiums. Whilst we're at it, increase the points and fines for red light jumping too, something that's rampant. Get these drivers off the road quicker!

    4. It could be the met has to much work and under staffed and did not have time to complete the paper work within the specified time from which they are under strict guide lines to do so.

    5. I would keep the plate number on file. Maybe he was a foreigner. An American, they always on the phone. I liked seeing the snow ⛄️
