When we say portugal is the 3rd safest country we are focusing on tsunamis and wars and that type of stuff obviously portugal is way safer on crime than other countries but is still not safe in the south side of portugal there's a very high crime rate (for portugal).

Portugal is not the 3rd safest but it ranks 3rd in the peace index (4th now) I think there's a difference since the peace index also takes into account things like external conflicts

Sikh community is one of the amicable and peaceful communities in India. Majority of Sikhs are extremely positive and gullible people and punjabi food is arguably the best across the country. Unlike Hindu temples , there isn't any discrimination on the basis of charity amount donated by devotees in the Gurudwaras (sacred place of worship for Sikhs) when it comes to distributing prasad to them. Respect.
I've spent the last 15 years in Portugal, it used to be a nice place, now it's the third world. Stay away 😉
