Out to tackle the Gozo hills and valleys with my buddies Charlie and Mark; see how I do. They put me through the paces as we head out from Marsalforn along the Northwest coast past, wied il-Ghasri, wied-il-Mielah, then on to mushroom rock and back. After a tough ride, we stop for some well deserved pizza and beers at Smugglers Cave in Marsalforn joined by Pat coming over from Malta to join us.

Gary I wrote to you in the past and explain what I have same thing you have multiple myeloma , what country you from its seams you are enjoying life ,I am trying to do the same thing ,you look great like the atmosphere you are around, I wish somebody will create a group for people like us and meet and do trips like the ones I see you traveling to motivate each other’s , I would live to meet you in person , I have followed you since you started with multiple myeloma, enjoy looking great
