    Who are Kara and Nate?!
    Watch our documentary here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FuFv4iF8wgg&t=1s

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small printing business from the spare bedroom of our apartment. We discovered the world of “travel hacking” & became obsessed. So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world. Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went home to “normal life.” We started this travel vlog to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with this lifestyle and did everything we could to keep going. 4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to 😉 Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time. Van life was a major adjustment and so different than flying every week like we were used to, but we are incredibly thankful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. 😊🎥🌎

    1. Don't cry Kara. I know how you feel. I have 5 brothers that have challenged me all my 55 years. I've been pretty good at keeping up I'd say. 👍 But listen to your body. Your still young and will be fine! Being on the support crew is fun sometimes! Who knows, the next go around, you may be caring for Nate. Moving forward, ✌. I love Italy !!! "The castle people "… 🤣🤣🤣

    2. Just found your channel this past week. I figured from some parts of your videos (like Kara backflipping for her polar plunges and the way she does a kickovers after her bridges when stretching) that she was a gymnast or cheerleader at one point. Her "1, 2, down, up!" confirmed for me that she was a cheerleader 100% lol.

    3. Funniest video of your experience, my wife and I have enjoyed her very much watching your videos. You both are much like us in your personalities. Love you both and always take care of each other.

    4. Now that I've seen both parts, even though I'd be absolutely dead by the end, I could probably do something like this! Those views alone are worth the pain and hard work! Great job once again, team!! I REALLY love these long biking adventures and I hope you do many more in the future!! 😀

    5. for bad knee conditions an base cure is positive+ wraps with symphytum officiale -we have ointents here with it. its good to combine it and take the wrap overnight…knees heels through diffusion. and sorry to say but tomatos not almost against imflamations… :/

    6. Ok, as I wrote in part one (I happened on this channel by chance), cycling is one of the hardest sports a human being can do (even done in this way that I would call recreational), you've to have some training before, otherwise it becomes a torture and there is not much fun. That said: bravi and congratulations. 👍

    7. Those tires aren't suitable for such terrains, that's why they get punched. I'm in Italy right now. I love this country so much: the views, the food, the people 🎉🎉🎉

    8. I've been watching y'all's videos for awhile and y'all keep bringing up the ag1 powder stuff and was wandering I don't eat vegetables because they make me throw up and if I try to swallow I gag hard so was wondering if you'd think that would help me considering I'm probably not getting some good nutrients

    9. I know I'm commenting 9 months late but I returned to cycling some 3 years ago and worked up to 50-milers (mountain bike… oh, and I'm in my mid-50s) but in the middle of all that, I did push my knee too far once and found myself unable to continue like Kara. Consulted with a doc who gave me some stretch/exercises to do and advised to stop riding for a week. Well, I couldn't stop for that long (I would have gone mental) so I did the exercises and rode shorter, flatter rides for a week or two and built it back up again. No inflammatory pills, food, creams would help. You just need time and to be gentle to yourself.

Anyway, I know I'm late to this party…

    10. I feel your pain. It’s tough but you did fine. It’s not a life wonder. Have fun with it. Take it easy a little bit.
I really enjoy watching you guys go through various journeys. Keep up the good work. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    11. Kara "It's just inflammation"
People do not understand what inflammation is. It's not just an inconvenience, it's the bodies way of protecting a part of the body that is affected it is created to reduce the ability to move the affected part and therefore do more damage.
