Day 6 begins in our Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah on deck 5 forward, as we set off to Enchanted Garden to check-in for our Kinsale excursion. We take a coach to the town of Kinsale, with our tour guide Vera who gives us some information about the Republic of Ireland. In Kinsale we enjoy some tea and scones in a pub, before going on a hunt to find Gary a pin. We get some traditional soft-serve from Mood and see some nice photo stops along the way back to the ship. Once back at the Disney Dream, we pop into the Queenstown market, before enjoying Disney music trivia in the D-Lounge, we meet Donald Duck, Gary does Karaoke and we dine at Royal Palace, which was possibly our favourite Main-Dining experience of the whole cruise.

Day 7 has us docking in Portland, England, just a short bus journey away from Weymouth. In the morning before getting off the ship, I show you how to get free room service for your breakfast on disembarkation day, we get a table service breakfast in Royal Palace, and we watch the ship prepare for guests to go ashore for the day.

In Weymouth we tour the market streets, popping into pop culture, coming book, seaside souvenir and sweet shops. We then walk along the promenade to the Sea Life for a look at a very unique Sea Life centre. On our way back to the Disney Dream, we stop for traditional Fish & Chips and find Gary a pin (of course). Our last evening aboard the Disney Dream is spent enjoying Disney Believe (the show), a character experience in Animator’s Palate and wrapping up the cruise with our trip review.

Gary and I will be back very soon with a new Walt Disney World vlog series, so make sure you’re subscribed and that you have notifications on, so you don’t miss a thing. – [Both] Moooorning! – And welcome to Cork in the Republic of Ireland. It’s not the best weather, but you know we’re in Ireland. What were we expecting? Da la! Today we are on an excursion. We are going to Kinsale and Cork – Mm-hmm. – Because this is actually Cobh.

    – Yeah. – Spelled C-O-B-H. – [Gary] That’s right. – Which is like the port area. So we’re heading down to Enchanted Garden now to check in for our excursion and then we’re on our way for a scenic bus tour and hopefully some time to buy merchandise. – Pins.

Is this your first time in the Republic of Ireland? – I don’t know. I think I might’ve been here as a kid. But it’s your first time. – Today we are in Europe so if you are coming on this, don’t forget your euros or your cards because you’ll need them

Because it’s a different currency to the rest of the trip. – [Adam] Mm-hmm. – [Gary] It’s so strange when there’s no one around at all. – The Cast Member Samantha who does like the announcements for like “You’re leaving for your excursion”. We’ve had her, well I’ve had her in Greece.

I’ve also had, we also had yesterday, no, two days ago and we went to Green Oak and then today we’ve also got her as well. She does the best announcements just by saying she does like a little song or she says something funny. She’s great. – [Samantha] The Enchanted Garden Check-in Extravaganza.

Anyway, so my name is Samantha. I’m part of the entertainment team here on board the Disney Dream working with the photo team, the merchandise team, the youth activities team, the lifeguard team, the guest services team, all with the port adventures team to make sure you get going to have the #bestdayever.

And then we get some free time in Kinsale to have a little explore. So what time is it now? – [Gary] It is now 11:13. – So about hour. – We’ve got 45 minutes. – It’s about an hour and a half in Kinsale.

And it was about an hour and a half drive, wasn’t it? – Yeah. – We are now heading into the Lord Kingsdale for our little sweet treats. Our lovely tour guide, Vera, said that the- – I thought that was a cat laying down. I need to wear my glasses. – Our lovely tour guide Vera said that because they have such happy cows here you can get the best soft serve ice cream possible. So she’s recommended a shop. We’re gonna walk in that direction. The visitor center if you need to pick up a map. We’re on the hunt for an enamel pin.

We’ve got Boland’s over there, we’ve also got Cronin’s over here. – [Gary] so let’s have a look. Check it out. Ooh! Oh a lot of stuff. – The goose got his own merch coming out soon. This is really good. It says, “What’s the quack?” But we’ll ignore that because the goose is loose.

This is gonna be a good picture. No! And people wonder why I don’t like words. Words? Well I don’t like them obviously as well, but birds. Birds. Ta-da! I’m in Ireland! – [Adam] Isn’t it funny how most European towns look all pretty much the same? – Well this one specifically looks European because it’s inspired by Dutch architecture. – [Adam] Yeah.

    1. The excellence spiel is beyond awkward, and my least favourite thing about a Disney cruise. It also ruins your last dinner when you're trying to enjoy your dessert and they're pushing it.

    2. I am loving this series! Thank you for sharing your travels and for making us not only fell included, but part of your group. Happy New Year and much love and gratitude from us in New Zealand x

    5. Hi, Adam and Gary. It was lovely to meet you both on the cruise, we had a great time, didn't meet as many characters as Gary, but did manage to get all their autographs ( who says your too old for Disney at 64 !!) We had a blast. May we wish you a very Happy, Prosperous and Magical New Year. Looking forward to your next vlog…. Ian and Andrea. ( Andrea is not 64 ) xx

    6. Loved the vlog, we went to Cork and Cobh in July it was very nice. It's nice to have a walk round Cobh too!! We went to a Titanic Experience in Cobh it might of been a little smaller then the one you went to, but it was very good and it was a bit different as it has its own history of it there too. Can't wait to see your next adventure Happy New Year!!

    7. When Adam said “this carousel looks very heart stopper” I thought it’s because it looked quite fast! Now I realise he was talking about a film. 🤣
