It’s been hell of a year for racing and bikepacking adventures, from the epic challenge of All Points North, to the adventure off-road at Great British Escapades and everything in between. I bring you my top 3 rides from 2023: Yorkshire Dales 300, Great British Escapades the Pan Celtic Race.

I didn’t even finish the Yorkshire Dales 300 yet it still made it into my top 3; I will be back to ride it once more next year!

The Yorkshire Dales 300 a 300 mile Journey around the Yorkshire Dales fantastic vistors sites of remote Mand [Applause] [Applause] H this is the first time I had the opportunity to try out the water filter system from soya it was the first time I’d found bffies out in the open and although I arrived at the wrong time of day I will be revisiting the future Lots of difficult terrain on the or 300 plenty of hi bike this was section here was by far the hardest very steep but very rewarding when you finally got to the top with amazing Views and ultimately I was not able to finish the route in time so I could it a little bit Short but it was fantastic saw lots of amazing Scenery Gates everywhere gates in every direction plenty of wild cing [Applause] opportunities the Great British escapades a 400 km off-road race in Southern England taking in the North and South Downs and the Sor Hills this was my first off-road race and I can say it really left an impression on Me through forests along gravel tracks opening many Gates amazing views and so much more yes even hiker bike and sand plenty of Sand it’s just around the corner was the South Downs driving on the South Downs to the site of white chalky country lanes and double Track cross Fields big Skies amazing [Applause] Views and as a road into the evening on the second day I was rewarded with with an amazing Sunset work up to the site of more beautiful gravel [Applause] tracks Great British escapades was an amazing adventure and most certainly will be doing again in the Future July had arrived and so had the pan Celtic race an Epic Journey throughout Britany Southern England and Wales There was fantastic views all the way throughout met loads of fantastic people along the Route especially in the first few days where I was performing really well I’d seen many people as I traveled across the country as for the landscape absolutely beautiful plenty of opport unities to
