This morning I drove to Caerleon in South Wales to support a Friend and a Veteran who is undertaking an event today.
Mr Tim Bishop, a proud Veteran of @royalcorpsofsignals8041 , will be cycling 100 miles around the one way system of Caerleon near Newport.
Being a proud Veteran myself, I couldn’t think of a more fitting thing to do this morning when I’m carrying out my own journey starting tomorrow
