Happily changed in Strasbourg Really interesting, you have to wait. Until the train is finally marked. They don’t know beforehand where the train will arrive. That always seems to be a surprise. I’m curious to see if I can leave my stuff behind. Or whether I have to unload it and put it on top.

I should have checked first. The train also has a bicycle compartment where there is space for luggage. Hard to believe. Both changes worked. No delay. Really boring. Hard to believe . lucky. At the canal that comes right next to the train station. You can go in there. If I’m unlucky.

I have to get out and push again straight away. So inside the water. Let’s go down the Moselle. I’m excited to see how it turns out. I had very little information beforehand. Let’s see what happens. I’ll have to get out soon. This will be interesting with the current. It’s going better than expected.

I steer seats up. But only sat for a short time. Now it looks like a clear journey to the Moselle. Not so free after all. But it also has a good passage. This should work easily. There it has the expected first. It would be a shame

If I hadn’t seen the one nice opening. I would have started after that. But with luck there is in the middle. A boat slide. It looks like this on the satellite image. Of course it could also be a fish ladder. I couldn’t see it that clearly, let’s take a look.

What is that in the middle? Unfortunately I can’t get there at all. It would probably work. There just isn’t enough water. I won’t go there at all. Now let’s drive forward. See if we can work around it, if not directly via the crown. Let’s see . There’s probably the boat slide.

The one in the middle was probably the fish ladder. That looks better. Let’s go very carefully and see what it looks like. It’s not a boat slide. It goes down vertically. I will not do that . A boat rental. Which is also used diligently. With paddle boats and kayaks

And pedal boats it has it all. You are taken up there via a conveyor belt. Don’t know if that’s entirely advisable. Driving this with my heavy boat. I won’t be allowed to drive at all without a crash helmet. But I would be itchy. drive up there.

But then I have to go back down. This boat slide has a lot to offer. The outflow is violent. I’ve never driven one like this before. I think I’ll leave it alone. You don’t have to swim after that it gets flat. Then everything is wet now, no. That might even work.

But no idea. I haven’t tried anything like that yet. That with a full boat. Now pull the boat up there. Now it’s time to work around it. I’ve already seen it. Going down won’t be easy. That’s a bit awkward here. It goes right through the bushes. The plan went wrong.

That was too steep and too fast. So back in the water. Now I just have to get free again. I have to look at the front again. Just straight ahead. But I guess I can’t get through it without getting out. That will be too technical. It’s already too flat everywhere.

I think I can get through without getting out after all. Let’s see . The next ramp. There will be no getting through again. Let’s see . Let’s see there is a path in the middle. Looks good . We’ll now tow the rest of the ramp. That’s too risky for me.

The obstacle would be overcome. Continue to the next ramp. You can never feel safe here. Suddenly there are stones underwater. That you just don’t see. Make a little early in the evening. But that looks like a nice place. I think I’ll use it. I’m just behind Epinal. There was a whitewater section

Where you were taken up on a conveyor belt. Of course I didn’t drive. I can say like every 500 meters. There are so many ramps here. Then the water is missing. Then it’s push or pull. Here is my camp.
