    Exploring Bulgaria on a Motorcycle. EP18



    Bulgaria was the 13th country I visited on my round the world tour. Although it was already autumn and the weather had started to turn towards the cold and rain of winter, Bulgaria gave me the heart-warming opportunity to catch up with old friends. My mate Gonzo joined me for a little ride there. After exploring the sea coast and the mountains, we hung out at the legendary Motocamp Bulgaria.

    In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don’t know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

    Throughout my journey, I’m raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life.       Kinga what you do is contagious. It makes you want to take the bike and ride around the world. Maybe someday do this. When you come to Brazil, here in the central west region, we go to the Pantanal by motorcycle. We are going to organize a great motorcycle tour. I guarantee. Here are incredible places. I love to travel by motorcycle, but never leave Brazil with her. you inspire me!

      I've got so used to other languages in your videos so far that it took me several seconds to process that "kope lat" is Polish and why am I reading subtitles 😀

      Great video Kinga, not keen on your choice of music though. Chuckling now, but was tense during that bloody dog going on. I have a neighbour with a little dog that yaps like that !!

      The Menta Peshtera… Menta is low alcoholic liquor and Peshtera is the name of the town where it is produced. Love this and all of the episodes so far.

      I've had rakia in northern Greece and North Macedonia. It's seems quite common in the areas of the old Ottoman Empire. I think NASA should investigate its use as rocket fuel! 😂
