Video Repost about bike paths in East Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Please keep comments civilized.

Dear city of Cambridge; this is East Cambridge  right next to Twin City Plaza right across the   street from it and this entire sidewalk all  the way to that end of that block where those   lights are in front of this building and  in front of that building over there and

Then again on the Block there the entire  sidewalk the whole thing except for this   little sliver over here on the right blocked  off with plants and stuff so God help you if   you’re in a wheelchair or something because  remember that building is for the elderly

And the disabled this entire sidewalk has been  made into a bike path so to City of Cambridge   and city of Boston I really do hope you get  reported to the Ada I don’t have a problem

With bike paths but I do have a problem with them  when you replace the entire sidewalk with them

  1. I am FINE with sharing sidewalks with bike paths. I don't like the fights that keep breaking out over this though. Right around the corner from here is a section where there are clearly marked bike paths which are sometimes used and yet people continue to almost get hit by cyclists using the sidewalk.

  2. It’s funny (well, not really), but right around the corner from here on Lambert St, I witnessed firsthand a driver honking their horn at a person using a wheelchair who was riding in the street because the sidewalk is too narrow in front of Millers River apartments.

Also, this multi-use path is not a violation of the ADA as it’s accessible to all.
