Lovely but whilst I’m over there with this we’re going to be doing the Fest of 500 well attempting it attempting it let’s see because fat kner like me has never ridden more than I’d probably say 20 mile day in day out now I’ve already
Been on a ride with Lewis we did 20 mile just under now I know that’s nowhere near enough now for those of you who don’t know the Fest of 500 is a 500K ride completed whenever you want during the 24th and the 31st of December so you’ve got eight days to ride 500k
Now for you old folks out there that’s 310 mile I think it is so it’s going to be a bit of a challenge but there’s only one way to find out if I can do it so let’s get cracking cuz I’ve got to get all the way back up the hill that
I’ve just roded down to get back to the car and drive another hour and a half no that’s a lie I’m going to drive another 45 minutes to K Ryan where we’re getting the f buried over the Belfast hi so FES of 500 Northern irand edition let’s be having You hello there I [Applause] Now seen as yesterday was Christmas Day I’m certainly feeling and looking a bit worse for We did I oh little did I oh little did I so we made it on the fairy just by the skin of our teeth what we got there um so I’ve been doing a few calculations on how long and how much how many miles I’ve got to do over the next few days now i r Christmas Eve when it started missed Christmas
Day I’m going to have to get some miles in to day now I’m probably down about I need is still complete I’d probably say a good 295 miles so let have a quick quick Google that’s 295 divided by 26 27 28 29th 30th 31st which gives us 6 days so 295 M 6
Days is 49 m a deer wow yeah it’s going to take some do in this mind I I did I Oh little did I [Applause] see it is indeed I did I be oh did I see I s then after more than 10 hours of been on the road in the car I’m eventually on the road put on the bike now judging by how dark it is at the minute there is not a chance I’m going to hit the 50 mile Mark the night but I mean I’ve got
The lights on I’m just going to hit the road see how many miles I can get done I’m aiming for about 15 cuz I don’t want to be out to L cuz I’m absolutely shattered so then let’s hit the road let see how many miles I can get in the bank now
Cuz even though it’s not many it’s still some so how see what we get Done I I’m about 10 miles in at the minute but I just thought I’m going to stop the camera cuz it is getting quite dark now and I’m around roads I’ve got no idea where I’m at so it’s probably best if I stick both hands on the bars rather than
One on here and one on the bars but anyway we’re 10 miles in I’m going to call it a deer so we’ll probably by the time I get back it’s going to be about 16 mile but again 16 mile more ticked off 16 mile more than I would have done
