Mow Cop hill climb has a nickname of the ‘Killer Mile’. And it lives up to the nickname. Averages 11%. But that only tells half the story. The last section is the most difficult. The road viciously ramps up to 25%. Extremely steep. So steep that I actually recorded my highest ever heart rate of 201bpm.
