Nigel Bearman, owner of cleaning company Daily Poppins, has shared a guide on how to spot and remove the pests “effectively”.

Bedbugs have been reported across France with cases in Paris, and there are fears they are now spreading in the UK. Travellers who have recently visited to the French capital have been warned over bringing the blood-sucking insects back in their luggage.

It comes as bed bugs have also been detected in the UK, including London and Manchester, sparking fears they could reach further cities and cause an infestation.

    1. Yeah right… baking soda isn't 65p there isn't an item on the shelves in the UK that currently costs less than £1… Britain is literally pounland because the pence means shit 😂 make that one your new slogan

    2. Bedbugs have been in the uk for years as i remember me and my family had Bedbugs in Nottingham they came from air vent think they come from next door we had council come out to deal with them glad we don't have them now but they are awful creatures

    3. They need to find away fast to get rid of these things fast I’m terrified to go on a train right now I want to go to London but I feel it’s not safe right now. I hope they get rid of them before Christmas we had them in our house years ago. My father had to Creosote the house go rid of them.

    4. Diatomaceous powder is the best method for not only killing the bugs but preventing the others from spreading!
Apply to any outlets, openings cracks in walls, place at the base of Beds, legs and furniture placed against walls, within a few days you'll see a massive decrease in the volume of the bugs, make sure to reapply after clearing up the remains and you'll be Bug Free!😊
Diatomaceous earth is made from the fossilized remains of tiny, aquatic organisms called diatoms. Their skeletons are made of a natural substance called silica. Over a long period of time, diatoms accumulated in the sediment of rivers, streams, lakes, and oceans.
The powder is harmless to humans, but caution needs taken with toddlers and children using common sense.😎👍
