Part 2 of our rescue mission! Luckily the first shelter we visited was able to take all 11 puppies, but since the other shelter was expecting dogs to come as well, we reached out to them to ask if we could bring other puppies instead. So after the 11 initial puppies were handed over and safely put into the care of the shelter, we headed back to the bin area which you saw in part 1, to see if we could find two other puppies. While the first one made himself obvious quite quickly, the second wee one was a lot harder to find but he also eventually came out of hiding. We managed to get a hold of them and pack them into the back of the car to take them to the shelter safely as well ❤️.

A massive thank you to everyone who helped us in this rescue mission❤️

We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet – but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together. So feel free to tag along if you’re interested in following our journey and adventures around the globe ❤️

    1. Thank you very much, from Germany Cologne, for your commitment and love for the animal world. I would also like to thank all the people who have and run animal shelters in order to improve the lives of animals a little. Thank you! Thank you!
Why aren't there more people with a cat (or a dog) who have a mission from our Creator God to change suffering for animals?
It is beautiful to see how one man with a cat can save so many animals and shake up some people with his act.
Hopefully the mayor will do something for the animals.
I am very happy that Youtube videos are coming back. I really missed them. Best regards! 🥰❤

    2. So much love for animals❤ . You do such a great job.
And Nala will be always at your side as a guardian angel 😊
      Love you both Dean xxx❤❤😘😍

    3. That is so wonderful. Just so sad to see all thoe dogs in the back of the car. I take it they are heading to the shelter. Oh my goodness that is heartbreaking seeing all those dogs. At least they are being cared for. Hope the authorities take note and Take Action. It is really disgraceful. Nala the cute little baby. Dean you are an amazing guy. Do you wonder sometimes if Nala understands what's going on. It's wonderful how quickly they trust you.
Well am i so glad that the mayor feels embarrassed. Have they not got eyes to see?Dean Wonderful. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL YOU❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    4. It breaks my heart to see so many dogs that are homeless and running wild in the countryside. Some people really do need to be ashamed of themselves. Dean you are an amazing, kind wonderful human being.

    5. Geez Louise…what a sad situation. These folks are very kind, going out of their way to help these dogs. Dean – you and Nala are super heroes- doing all that driving to save those puppies, not to mention the walking, hiking, climbing, foraging, and dodging ticks, etc. to find that black puppy. I was really impressed with how you put Nala’s health first, and made sure that no humans or dogs could pass on something that might make her sick. Well Done to you and the Rescues. Travel Safe. Cheers from 🇨🇦🫶😺

    6. Turkey & Greece has a huge problem with stray cats & dogs. While they are kind to the cats roaming around their cities and dogs living in the woods, their government should do something about neuter/spay program. But each video I watched; seems the stray population is worse. But anyway, thank you Dean for not turning a blind eye to the problem. I hope their government will start a positive program to help the animals. And it's so nice to see Nala.

    7. Thank you for trying to make a difference. Slowly, attitudes do change. It's happened in my country in my lifetime.
As for the people criticising, help out in exactly the same circumstances before judgement.
As a rescue volunteer in the past, I can definitely say that sometimes what we can do isn't perfect but at least we try to help

    8. I know the woman at the shelter is well intended. But exposing the last two puppies to the pack, especially the one who appeared visibly ill, would endanger them all. Somehow, quarantine the new pups from her existing dogs. I only hope the mayor is compassionate. Thank you, Dean. You are an angel on earth. 🙏❤️🐾

    9. You put them in the trunk of your car? Hot with no air.. That was stupid man.. What if someone watching this also thinks it’s okay to put their dogs in the trunk, during summer? 👎

    10. It is a huge problem in Serbia as it is in many other countries. There doesn't appear to any animal control agencies, would be wonderful if Dean is able to encourage the set-up of a spay and neuter programme. Have seen vlogs of a groomer who is full time taking care of abounded dogs. Once groomed he makes sure veterinary assistance is in place.. The problem is overwhelming, Dean is doing the best he can under very difficult circumstances. Shelters over crowded, folks doing the best they can, this video plus the first part will hopefully make more awareness of so many strays, hoping for a better future for them. Bless you Dean. 🙏🐕🙏

    11. This was sad again to watch. Nothing should be abandoned and left to die. We all need good homes and lots of love. Narla is one lucky cat to share your heart Dean. X

    12. It's heartbreaking to see the way people discard living and breathing animals….thank goodness for the good people, like Dean who do their best to help! A little kindness goes a long way!!

    13. Managed to donate to @picaspack, the other one didn't work for some reason. I also support another shelter in Serbia, it seems to be really bad there with stray animals! So pleased to see you are making a difference!!!

    14. 98% of the comments have been wonderful. Thanks to Dean the plight of the situation in Serbia has been brought to the forefront. As for the naysaying and critical comments, what are you doing to change things in your community? Have always lived by think Globally, Act Locally and if you watch all the videos and listen to what is said and posted there would be no need for negative comments. As for the ones that don't like Dean's direction changing up to a van for the welfare of his best friend, Nala or find helping others is boring, DON'T WATCH. The rest of have missed Dean and Nala and are looking forward to the next GREAT adventure🤗

    15. What a wonderful man your are Dean. Thank you for helping these animals. It’s heartbreaking 😢 I am in love with you and Nala.❤ love Jackie from EnglandX

    16. Haven’t got to end BUT I assume you left that poor dog there with some dry food. I also assume you asked someone to pick him up for a new safe life 👏🏻🙌💐Thanks for everything you do. Your book is fabulous and ends beginning of plandemic, waiting for next AND 2024 calendar for me and presents. Also gifted your children’s version and all have been adored and of course the message is carried. SAFE TRAVELS 🇬🇧❤️💚
