To summarize it as much as possible we receive parts in our Parts Warehouse then we paint uh the parts which are needed to be paint then we go to the assembly hall in which we do the assembly we also do the wheel assembly there that’s making a wheel out of
Spokes hubs rims and tires after all those parts are there we can make a bicycle we make the bicycle in the bike assembly area of course every step in our total process and after the process is finished we do with extended quality checks to assure of Premium a brand
Quality we use several kind of Machinery in our paint shop we use several robots for painting for curing and also two large conveyor belts to assure all the painted Parts go through the paint shop when you come in our Assembly Hall we use several equipment to assure quality
It’s our e toolings our special made toolings for our workers when you look at our warehouse we’ve got a total warehouse management system to ensure our inventory quality and also the total Erp system which we use is to ensure that our bikes are produced on time and our customers are
Satisfied no the parts aren’t produced in house we import them from all over the world and from the several parts we assemble them to bicycles and ship them then out it depends on the department but when you look at the total factory I think 20% is automated and Tech 80% is Manual
