WHAT? Scotland has more NEW MTB TRAILS! Laggan Wolftrax

Welcome to another video showing the brand new MTB trails at Laggan Wolftrax. There have been so many new mountain biking trails in Scotland this year with new trails being built at Tarland and in Glentress. Now it is Laggan’s turn with a brand new set of MTB trails built by the wonderful CRC.

Laggan has trails for all abilities. It is one of Scotland’s most unique trail centres, and certainly one of the rockiest. In this video I shoot the new trails using POV, third person and drone footage.

Know about lagging laging is is one of Scotland’s most unique Trail centers uh the the scenery the structure of the trails the Rocks the big big news is that lagin has had company CRC in constructing Trails if you don’t know about CRC well let’s just say they are

Renowned for building some of the best trails in Scotland and we have a few new kilom of trail to come and ride to so I’m here today to take you down the trails for some POV action showcase the trails for you so that when you make the

Pilgrimage to this place you will know what to expect we are hoping today to be riding with some of the trail Builders some of the people that have made this happen and we’re going to try and capture on camera just some of the the shots and the views and experiences that

Make this place unique so yeah I’m not going to say much more than that we’ll take on the journey really hope you enjoy the trails today absolutely can’t wait to show you them right so just before we get started um bike check I’m bringing the trail bike today um trail

Bike it’s kind of lightweight carbon 150 mil travel at the front 130 mil travel at the rear um so for for my recommendation for lagging if you can go with something like that and it full on Ural bike would be absolutely fine but actually a trail bike kind of a bit

Lighter still with some decent suspension travel you’re going to absolutely love it I think the new trails in particular are going to be so suited to this type of bike there you go first so just venturing on to First climb give and take cheeky B climb up to the new

Trails pretty nice rainbow as well I don’t know if the GoPro that but cool so cool thing is as you come up the climb can see bits of Trail look at this that’s part of the red oh so excited about riding it that looks so good so

One thing laging is now for our little techy climbs they’ obviously kept some in uh let’s see yeah that was very lagging asso those bits are so much fun and they do require a bit of thought I’m nice they’ve got um double options but yeah so far so good

Right so we’ve climbed up we’re kind at the trail head now I don’t know if I’m going to shoot this video but I think what we’re going to do first of all I just going to have a bit of a play on some of the features through show you

Some of the features and then obviously what we’ll do is we’ll give you uh full POV if you really just want to see POV um I’ll put chapters in the video so you can just skip the trails I’ll name the trails but yeah hopefully just stick

With us for the whole journey and we’ll show you uh some of the features and uh yeah uh try and uh try and show you what to expect He Right guys so do you know what we’re going to go straight in uh first Trail slaba daadu haven’t ridden this yet we had a we play there but then we just got to excited and thought let’s actually just ride some Trails also it’s October and it’s a we bit

Chilly so yeah blind run be good clock so I’ll try and remember and comment it it’s already obviously got this nice hard pack stuff but but we’ve got yeah the rock protruding too so speaking to the builders this hill is just layered with slab so they had to work with the hill

Not against it woo oh there are some big BMS we got here some bit more rock I mean this would be great tter in the Blue Trail getting used to riding over Rock but obviously nothing too Savage it’s all pretty tame oh missed out we bit what we got here

Woo oh man support on noise is Mega it’s great to have some significant burage in Scotland you w here we go more oh man you just honestly you could ride these faster I just don’t have the courage but there is so much support wow this will suit everyone a the wind you nice

A that pretty good what you in they packed a lot onto the hill Eh These are the guys that built the trails going to go down in a train with them uh a little bit apprehensive cuz they’re all pretty good Riders so we’ll see how long we stay in the train but all be good to follow so very cool to be on the trail

With the guys who built it bit of an honor for sure we built so many good trails across Scotland oh that proper junky that’s cool it’s definitely sticking with the the theme of lagging W this is so cool having to concentrate can’t commentate what we got here nice woo Air

Whole Trail Network here um of Blues Reds blacks and also on that hill behind me there’s a load of uro trails off P stuff as well so yeah pretty cool so I think we’re just going to take a moment we’re actually going to come to the the the

Red actually like session a few bits how we play and then might actually then head on some of the existing lower red stuff to show you that as Well W what we got here so oh Clark I got scared this just a we oh hold on so didn’t didn’t notice that so this is black there’s a little red option black option that scared to be Jesus out of me do you want to just come down that

Bit then I don’t know what I did but I got to there and I was in it so I just had to do it yeah I feel like a woman you want I feel you want to be on the inside oh that that scares me hold on I

Yes nice buddy okay it’s absolutely fine it’s definitely psychology on that one is tough though a fair play I’m Chu myself like if you come and look at that in real life guys but actually it’s a proper little vertical part of rck to so you’ve got vertical you got where

Clark is vertical step vertical step it’s intim it’s the the entry is the scary bit cuz you lose so much speed you’re worried that you’re going to but yeah guys keep an eye out for that is not straightforward right leaping leaping wolf red so this is one of the

Existing Trails used to be an orange just some of you might remember we a jumpy Trail going to head down here go get some scran yeah buddy woo nice got to love a we bit of jump pitch nice woo nice y a man so yeah lots of cool stuff to be you smooth

Woo nice nice um well we’re going to call the video there sorry for such a short video but really just wanted to showcase the the new trails of course um just a reminder if this is the first lagging video you’ve seen there’s a load more Trails than that um but anyway yeah

By the time we got on the trails and did all the filming and faing about every we run at a time but yeah I’m really stoked for lagging it’s uh an amazing addition to to have and uh yeah I mean CRC just know how to build Trails really like
