Hello Poland! Welcome to part two of our south Poland trip From Kryica we made our way to Muszyna and arrived in Mofety So, here we arrived at the Mofeta The Mofeta is a place where CO2 gas is evaporating from the earth Let’s have a look and see it for ourselves

I’m not sure if it’s warm It could be just the gas evaporating I don’t think it’s warm …Yeah, it’s cold Oh is it? It’s just the CO2 evaporating It’s so funny, that’s a tree Oh wow- that’s true So this is the tree and right in the middle there is a hole

In the bark And then we continued pushing the bikes Come on So, We just crossed the barrier The barrier was open So we just had to lift it up move it and there is a road leading us to the forest and you can see

That this is the price we have to pay for getting a nice spot Hey! Hey! So This is the spot We walked maybe ten minutes Through the woods off the road and we found this beautiful spot It’s quite flat with a beautiful view ahead and a source of water

Our own source of water Perfect I think it’s going to be a great night tonight Tomorrow it’s going to be raining A daily challenge for us are ticks and we find on ourselves ticks every day almost when we wild camp and the most dangerous thing about it is

That sometimes they are so small you barely can see them I will show you now how small they can get There you go can you see him, crawling there? You can see him crawling in the left top corner Oh a midge A midge just landed You can see it now in perspective

Are you ok? Yeah, excuse my silly walk I think I damaged my knee a bit Again? … two days ago We cycled on some crazy road and since then my knees are sore We are going to a place called Leluchów It’s quite a funny name We have been cycling on this road

For the last half an hour I tell you, this is the least busy road we cycled on so far You can really feel now, we are getting to this places where nobody goes And so far, we have been going south for most of the time We started in Ruda Śląska

And we went south close to the Tatry and now we are heading east We are following now the Aquavelo cycle path and most of the time we cycle along the Slovak border and our plan was actually to go there but we can’t because of Corona This is the border

And on the other side is Slovakia But we can’t go there! That’s why we are going straight on to Leluchów We are going to Leluchów instead Lelushów or Leluchów? They are like dogs The guy brought the bread and now he’s going to feed the sheep They are like little puppies Yes, so we

Passed Leluchów and and it’s basically nothing there we wanted to take a hotel because it’s going to rain all night and day tomorrow but we are again stuck …abd then we are going to cam, because we have no choice Artur just asked the woman

If there is a hotel around… and she was just laughing The Beskid Sądecki are all about mineral waters and in our case there was also a lot of rain Moving south from Krynica the more local and less touristy it gets We loved the solitude in this are

It was also a challenge for us as there was a constant climb and descent and most of the road was gravel So we started cycling today from Muszyna we cycled all the way down here to Leluchów Now we are in Dubne and then we are going up here to Wojkowa and Powroźnik?

Yes! End of paved road And now we have gravel all the way to the next village That looks like a beavers dam here We have seen many of them on the way here it looks great such a perfect engineering And the pushing continues I can hardly walk here Come on Hurry up

We need to cook tonight No, I’m going to help her now Here, you film and I will push No no no there is no changing (of the bicycle possible anyway – too steep) Ok, ok! go That’s what you want Ok (It took us an) hour but it’s so much fun and

We just reached the top It’s getting flatter now Best feeling ever! Yeah! Isn’t it?! That’s some achievement, itsn’t it!? That was so steep Holy Molly! Can you see my sweat dropping? No We found our spot finally! For today …tonight! Oh it’s… … I think

…we are going Look at the view just! The view is amazing And we are going to push our bikes along this forest and set our camp somewhere there There is a little hill over here It’s a little bit hilly and down, behind we will not be seen Perfect!

That’s where we came from And that’s where we are going tomorrow Okay We already set our camp The sun is setting So what time is it now? It’s It is Twenty to eight almost So we have another I would say hour and twenty minutes before it get’s completely dark So

We need to hurry up What are you cooking today? I make Curry with vegetables and rice noodles sounds good! Tasty! Just give me anything, I will eat anything You won’t have to eat anything it will be very tasty The next day… The weather is very unstable today So, We decided to cook

Inside our porch I’m cooking buckwheat and I’m going to add some tuna after and just eat it And that’s how it looks outside Our bikes are covered I know you are going to say it’s sunny but no! How is the wheel? Oh you are filming That was fun

We cycled all the way down from this field It was very steep and slippery We haven’t passed even one house! For the last Twenty minutes It’s just mountains and forests So yes! I got a flat tire and it’s raining! Literally lashing We are wet! We got close to some village

But all the hotels are closed because of Corona virus We will try to find something anyway It’s has been the second day that we are trying to find a hotel Yesterday people asked us when we asked for rooms in the village- because it was such a small place Ok, let’s go

That way and see if we have any luck The next day… We are at a museum which is closed because of Corona virus That’s actually one of the good things about Corona virus first good thing that we found a spot under the roof because it can rain any time

So to continue the story from yesterday We got soaking wet Artur got a flat tire We were on a forest road but close to Tylicz a ski resort village where we knew that there will be some hotels before that Artur already made a few phone calls to ask for a room and

Peopl weren’t really open or keen in renting their rooms for the night so we thought to just go here we came here and it took us maybe an hour walk pushing the bikes until we found a room That’s when we entered the mountain range Beskid Niski Translated from Polish

It means the lower Beskid It’s the wildest mountain range in Poland right now Amazing empty roads So we were told by a friend to come here and we don’t really know why but it’s really nice here Elena watch it Yeah, the road is very holy as well many holes it’s a holy road

It’s fun though And there are some swamps the swamps look very interesting I believe there is It’s four o’clock We cycled already 20 kilometers more than we did in the last few days The area is full of hills and beautiful valleys it’s a bursting nature here

Charakteristic for this area are the wooden churches Which we seen a lot We passed Ropki and we arrived in Wysowa-Zdrój Now we are here at the mineral spring and this is the water Something like this You can see some colour here I guess some minerals, like iron And… another break It’s raining

The rain forced on us another break but we found a shelter a glass bus stop Ah it’s good that it’s here, isn’t it?! Yes I have been drying my shoes on the stove And this is our table for teas This is Elena My bladder

It’s empty already – we used all the water we decided to book a hotel for another three nights because the weather is very harsh The predictions are It’s gonna rain for another three days We are completely soaking wet The tent is humid and twice heavier, isn’t it? Yes

Little did we know that this are the first river crossings of many many many more But this you will see in the next video We hope you like the video Comment, like, subscribe For the next videos of our Polish adventure

In the next video there will be much more pushing in the mud a lot of river crossings some rain and a lot of Polish wild nature see you then. Bye!

    1. Polska jest PIĘKNA choć nie mieliście łatwej podróży bo dużo deszczu ale za to przygody mieliście fajne i przecudne krajobrazy .Chcę zobaczyć więcej Waszych relacji z rowerowych podróży😃

    2. I've been waiting for this one! Elena cooking again, excellent. Are there no bears or wolves around this area? Greets Thomas

    3. Wow. I hear of the problem with tics from Maudi and Eric of Wheels to Wonder. I didn't realize it was so bad. Is there a bad time of year for it and bad places? No problem here in Thailand with tics. Only snakes and mosquitos!

    4. Do you use or have you considered using Hammocks and tarps? They are lighter than most tents – but i was thinking just as an alternative when the ground is to wet to use a tent. I got a tarp that's 5 metres x 4 metres (camo) – yes it's huge but it does give a lot of options for cover for everything and weighs 1100gms. Rain! just like Yorkshire…lol.

    5. Nice video, were glad we found your channel (we've a chanmel too, but that's in Italian). We got quite some issues too with ticks here where we live (Provence, France) and in Italy. This is becoming worse and worse with increase of deers population at the point we have reduced wild camping a lot, unfortunately. We will follow you in your adventures, Dziękuję Ci!

    6. Wonderful vids. I travel like you in the Highlands of Scotland every year , I highly recommen it. ( We don't call them Push-bikes for nothing friends ) ! We love it !
