I’m here in Adelaide for the tour down under it’s the start of the 2023 season I’m gonna go and see what different bikes all the world tour teams are using now there’s loads to get through so I’ll keep it brief but if you want to see more detailed videos on individual bikes

Well we quite often have those on gcn Tech and gcn racing so be sure to subscribe so make sure you don’t miss out right let’s go find those bikes foreign In this video I’m going to focus on the bikes of the men’s World Tour Peloton but in the coming weeks we’ll have a video dedicated to the women’s bikes of the World Tour so make sure you don’t miss out on that subscribe to gcn Tech

As you to our Citron are going to be using BMC bikes this year this is the slr01 they’re going to be fitted with campaniola group sets including the wheels and Pirelli tires istana Kazakhstan are going to be aboard this beautiful bike it’s the Villia zero SLR with this Exquisite paint job for

The year we’ve got korimer wheels Victoria tires and a Shimano group set the Bahrain Victorious Riders will be aboard Merida bikes yet again the reacto and the sculptura fitted with vision Wheels Continental tires and their Shimano group sets the Trek Sega Friday men’s team are using exactly the same as the Trek Sega

Fredo women’s team bar a change of color so that’s track bikes a mixture of the madone and the Amanda SRAM group sets Bontrager wheels and Pirelli tires team confidence are going to be using look bikes coromer Wheels Shimano group sets and Michelin Tires so now Quick Step have made zero changes

To their equipment set up for this year given the mechanics an easy time over winter I feel so they’re going to be using specialized bikes the sl7 tarmac reval Wheels specialized tires and Shimano group sets [Applause] foreign this rather beautiful Canyon Air Road they’re going to be using Shimano group

Sets Shimano wheels and Victoria tires French team grupama fdj are yet another team to make no changes to their equipment lineup for this year they’re going to be using lapier bikes Shimano group sets Shimano wheels and Continental Tires however they haven’t made the change to tubeless this year

The ineos grenadiers bike remains pretty much unchanged from last year but a revamped color scheme that we got here so they’re using Shimano Wheels Shimano group sets and Continental Tires big change the colorway well we’ve got a more pronounced red and blue design with a diamond Fade to join two colors up

Big changes for yomovisma this year they’re going to be using Civello bikes SRAM group sets Reserve wheels and Victoria tires oh UAE team Emirates are going to be aboard konago bikes using Shimano group sets Envy wheels and Continental Tires team DSM are going to be racing on Scott

Bikes using Shimano Wheels Shimano group sets and Victoria tires okay Samsung are going to be aboard new bikes for the 2023 season having changed from Canyon to Bianchi fitted to those new bikes are Shimano group sets Shimano wheels and Continental Tires Borah hansgro yet another team that

Remains with zero changes to their bike and Equipment lineup so we’ve got specialized bikes the tarmac sl7 specialized also supplying the wheels under their in-house brand raval the tires and the group sets Shimano the movie star team are sticking with what they know as well using Canyon

Bikes zip Wheels SRAM group sets and still Continental Tires in this Gap next to me is where the new bike of EF education easy post would have been sat however the mechanics of being under strict order not to let me film the bikes but I can confirm that

They’re going to be using Cannondale bikes Shimano group sets Vision wheels and Victoria tires so those are all the bikes from the men’s World Tour Peloton hope you enjoyed taking a closer look at them and seeing what all the teams are going to be using and if you want to see

The bikes in action well we’ve got all the race in live and On Demand throughout the year on GCM plus and why not let me know in the comments section down below which spot is your favorite right that wraps it up final day in Adelaide rather see you later

  1. I believe the GPS mount on the Bianchi plugs the hole between the handlebar and stem, negating any aero benefit. Is that correct? (We didn't get a proper look at the bike)

  2. The Bianchi top tube is disgusting and the handlebars do it no favors either. I think at least it would look a lot better if the whole bike was the celeste color and bianchi logo could be grey/black, but the way the colors draw your eyes to the worst places drives me crazy

  3. I think we can all agree.. That Wilier is fiiiinnnee!!
Bianchi has totally lost it though. Literally the worst looking bike per £ you can buy these days. Closely followed by an extremely tired looking Pinarello.

  4. Nice overview❤️ i am looking forward to the new season. the biggest part of success lies in teamwork and in the legs of the drivers. When it comes to the bikes, it looks like canyon is lagging behind in development.

  5. A bit of a shame, that you guys deleted comments of people telling you, you missed out on team-bikes and answering them the were wrong about it. If you make mistakes, stand up for them, dont try to cover them up like this. Unprofessional…

  6. Hey GCN Tech viewers. Let me clear up some confusion down here in the comments. Wanty are a WT team, as are Jayco (greenedge previously).
Wanty had their 2022 bikes in AUS and not their 2023 bikes(for reasons they didn't tell me)
Jayco's bike seems to have slipped the net during the edit stage, apologies for those itching to see it, however it remains unchanged since 2022.
Israel Premier Tech are no longer a WT team for 2023.
The EF bike I showed was not the latest "top secret" bike, as I said in the video the mechanics were under strict orders to not let anyone film it and as much as that's no fun for you guys at home, I have to respect his job and request. I'm here to work with the teams and will never go out of my way to cause teams headaches with sponsors.
With all that said, I think 2023 has the best looking bikes for a LONG time!
    Do you agree?

  7. That Cannondale is awesome, breaks the mold of mostly black S-Works bikes.. The only one that looks classy in black is the Colnago. That Bianchi is a car crash…
