In Session 1 of the Satsang at Slough UK, Sri M commences by giving an essence of the shloka, Poornamada Poornamidam, and emphasises the significance of searching within oneself to discover this completeness or poornatha.. He proceeds to explain the salient features of the Mandukya Upanishad and the significance of the sacred syllable ‘Aum’. The above concepts are given greater clarity with analogies and stories, thereby giving a foundation for the concept of Kriya Yoga. The session comes to a close with Sri M answering a few questions.
