What a lovely lady patty was. And the other lady trying to sort things out for her. But patty is still up to doung it herself bless her. Still very polite and professional but definitely old school. Leave all that computer stuff to the younger generation. Good on you patty. Still holding the rains of your business and still taking an interest in the day to day running. And you run a tight ship by the looks of it. You take pride in how your business and grounds look to the public and the staff. Keeping everything neat and tidy. That's how a business should be run and a lot of people should take note. If your proud or the service and goods you supply you should be proud of the place you work at. Show them how it's done patty. Xx

The eccentric owner is one of those types you'd think didn't have tuppence but she's probably rolling in it.
Just noticed a slight error in your link to your Panasonic cam – it’s 50x optical but the last 40% is just “intelligent zoom” meaning digital. Still, 50% is an amazing optical zoom!
The owner seems like a great boss and it looks like a nice place to work. They have some really cute products too, great for kids Christmas presents. I bet she’ll make a few sales from this video, and all she had to do was be pleasant and professional instead of yelling and threatening like most of the people you encounter.
