Good video Paul, had a wee spell up there at hawthorn St, 1983-85 then returning to the east end , big changes , I remember the Glasgow perthshire club when I was up there . Used to be a Good place.

Hi Paul and Fiana, Thanks for the wee video. I used to work in St Rollox Clenny in Charles St back in the 80s one of my jobs was the Springburn area, there was good feeling about the area and the people great place. 👍🏻
Im from just up the road in Auchinairn, springburn is a great place but the shopping centre is not the same as it used to be 👍

I'm surprised at all the new buildings that have gone up in such a short time, my parents stayed in hillkirk st and I was there all the time are all these new flats council run social housing for the immigrants.
