Archana’s story takes us from India to Switzerland, the USA and London. In her talk she shares how her personal experience and all our experiences during COVID, drove fear, isolation and disconnection and what a huge negative impact that can have on individuals and on the workplace, and how it can reduce individual happiness and business productivity. Archana witnessed first-hand how stories, curiosity and openness can build relationships, connect across cultural divides, and foster collaboration. In her talk she will bring her unique perspective, drawing on her experiences as both a teacher and a leader to explore how organisations can drive innovation and optimise team contributions in the post-COVID world.

Love this idea, we all need more wonder in our lives again.
We so need more wonder ! more expansive thinking and creativity , less bureaucracy ! love this .
We certainly need wonder in the world right now – very apposite talk.
Blank sheets of paper are always telling me “you shall not pass”. Now I’m going to look at them more positively and recognise their potential.
Such a shame that as we age, we lose the ability to wonder at things.
Harold and the Purple Crayon was my favourite book as a child and now I know why. I just love the idea of more wonder in our lives and how powerful it is for improved connection.
Love this – I am a HUGE fan of the blank piece of paper and its potential to help us reimagine the world!
Wonder is so thrilling! Thank you Archana for giving us the action plan to recover our wonder when we feel we've forgotten it, and why that is so important. I will be watching this regularly to be reminded! Bravo!
I could not agree more – when you give yourself space and a blank paper — we can experience wonder!!
A refreshing concept Archana, thank you for this. Something I will certainly take forward into my day-to-day mindset.
