    ABOUT US:
Welcome! We’re Andre and Lisa. A married South African couple who has been travelling together for almost 20 years, to more than 50 countries. In 2017 we took stock of our life and made the decision to ‘retire early’. We gave up our professional careers and all our personal possessions in order to explore the world as full-time nomads. Over the past two years, we have been travelling through Europe with our 21-year-old Motorhome. Please subscribe to follow along and join us on our adventure!

You can find our blog at www.wewillnomad.com where we post regularly about the destinations we visit, along with travel tips and what we spend on travelling.

    PLEASE REMEMBER:
We make vlogs, not travel guides. We don’t film everything we see or do. Our videos cannot tell every story or show every place we visit. Our videos are merely a short snippet of sometimes a week’s worth of life on the road and it’s intended to show our experience as full-time travelers. As we’re constantly on the move it’s also not always possible to take the time to research every single location. We really appreciate when people offer us advice or make suggestions for our next visit. Please don’t make assumptions or be rude. To us or to each other.

I think That, you have more time to get away, its Nice to watch your movies, thanks

    2. Years ago in Italy I forgot to do up the deadlocks on our door when I locked up the van to run into a busy supermarket. Was gone maybe 15 minutes and when I got back they'd pealed the side door open and stole a few thousand euros worth of stuff. Not a mistake ive made since or will ever again

    3. Great advice guys, plenty of food for thought. You can never be too careful, especially if you travel alone like myself. You are definitely right, it's always good to speak to people around. 👍🐸

    4. Very informative 👏 Thanks 👍 outside lights a definitive.
But as you said be extra careful n hopefully you'll have no Problem 😊
Stay Free and Safe Travels 😀 🙏 ✨

    5. Great video lots to think about very important to try to see your park up in the daylight if possible. Thanks for all the tips and reminders ALL valid and valuable! Love your output please keep up the good work and keep enjoying your travels

    6. The window lock m out things are not very expensive, Use them as a deterrent . Mind you if our python is resting on the dash that normally does the trick just kidding ….. stay safe .

    7. Thank you som much for great advice and tips. I Will from now on make sure to stay safe – at home, way too afraid to go traveling 😂😂. No, that was just a joke, but I will for sure pay more attention to security from now on. Stay safe and continue to enjoy your journey ❤

    8. Thanks André and Lisa for taking the time to make this video.
Its sad that we have to be vigilant and be on our guard like this but that is the reality. Its one of the things that I have been thinking about recently, we/I are very trusting and in general like to think that everyone is good and not a threat. But… it only takes one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. Some really good sensible advice there. Something as simple as make sure that when you park up for the night that you are facing the exit. I remember coming across a youtube clip of a couple who found themselves on the end of a pier in Ireland facing the wrong way when some idiot young locals decided to throw eggs at their vehicle. In the middle of the night, you don't want to be backing up and maneuvering your vehicle to move elsewhere. The most important gadget that I think every Motorhome should have is an Andre. He is the Swiss Army knife of Motorhome gadgets, he can do anything ! Joking aside, this is a wonderful video and one I'm sure I'll be referring back to in the future.
Stay safe and most importantly, mind each other…….

    9. Hi Guys, now you connect the inside camera to wifi? Are you using a phone's mobile internet as a hotspot? 🤔
Could you post that internal locks website, please? (you showed it it's on your driver's door):)

    10. Thanks guys, very informative. Surround lights for the outside is a great idea which I’ll now check out. I fitted Fiamma locks to Hab and garage doors but I fitted hook locks to the cab doors from Locks For Vans. L4V. Well chuffed with them. Take Care Steve

    11. Hi Andre & Lisa
Very interesting video. As full timers we share all your views. As we hardly campsite! P4N 96% of the time.
We did have the van shaking in Morocco at 3am last year. I jumped out of bed.. ready to sort the problem .. heart racing .. opened the blinds one by one . . Could not see anyone. Van started shaking again.. I eventually opened a Window to get a better view .. and a wild dog was gripping onto our bike cover and pulling it wildly ! lol phew ! Panic over .. 😊

    12. Hey guys … awesome and thanks for the time and effort you put in to share… Drew (mio Marito) said it’s the most comprehensive and useful he’s seen so far! Very very useful for us and thorough.. also great delivery from you both 🙏🚌🥰

    13. i think we met this year in bosnia the same guy as you did. we have seen your video before and drove a few kilometers away from the parking lot of the national park but after we went to bed i heard something outside and he stood right next to our camper…

    14. Thanks for all the tips. I do a lot of them already when I'm out in my bus, but I just made one change based on your suggestions. The lock on the entrance door was a dead bolt, but it just had a handle on the inside, not a lock. I swapped it out today for one with a lock on both sides.

    15. Lo apunto todo para cuando mi mujer y yo compremos una autocaravana. Prometemos saludaros si algún día nos encontramos a Milli a nuestro lado🙋‍♂🙋‍♀. Saludos un video distinto pero muy interesante e importante. Gracias.

    16. Hello, good advice to follow, we have also put some of these extras, safety first 🙏.
Happy travels and see you in the next video, if not sooner. merry christmas kisses
