  1. Pauline, what do you think about someone who doesn't cycle or exercise hard, but still get 10,000 steps every day eating this way? I keep myself very busy every day and almost never sit down until bedtime. I love eating white rice, fruit, homemade soy milk, and palm sugar. This is my favorite video of yours, I love the long talks and visuals. Watching it twice! 🙏❤

  2. A lot of good information in this video. It gives motivation, specially during winter, when we need it the most. Thank you. I like this way of filming. Makes me think of IM sports. I like exercising along with her videos. Very interesting to learn that hair thinning can be caused by too much fat and protein intakes, specially when « they » tell you to increase those as a hair loss remedy… Beginning of November I was in a very good shape and health, so I took confidence and started to eat more fat and protein, lentils and beans too much, and gluten, way too much. I drank a lot of soya milk and ate soya desserts. By the end of the month I was feeling really bad and sick, and my hair was very dry and falling. So lesson learned! Gluten is ok for me once or twice a week, not more or I develop rosacea as a warning sign. As for protein rich foods, going easy or I feel pain in the lower back which I suspect is kidneys.. these are inflammatory foods. Returning to my healthy 80/10/10 diet, energy and beautiful shiny hair are back 😊🥰 Voilà. I hope my experience will help others recognising why they don’t feel 100%.
