    1. Wow, very nice place to go running. I have not been there. Heal up on your chin. I ripped my hamstring off in my last 100 miler coming down a mountain tripping over a root then lots of tumbles. Those things can happen especially on single track covered by leaves or pine needles. My friend in road ultra got injured crossing a bridge since pavement was slightly lower. He tripped and pulled muscle bad. One defect with human body is that it throws our leg out trying to save the fall. It may be good for head but will rip your muscles in leg in the process.
