    AUTUMN SQUASH SOUP RECIPE:
    1 Medium size butternut squash
    2-1/2 cups of chicken broth
    1 Granny Smith apple
    1 Shallot
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 Tablespoon Celtic Salt
    1-1/2 Tablespoons of salted butter
    1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
    2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
    Pumpkin seeds (optional)

In a large cookie sheet add your diced squash and sprinkle over olive oil, salt and pepper and cinnamon. Roast in the oven for 25-30 min until tender at 350 degrees. Once fork tender, remove the skin when cooled off (save to compost)..and set aside.
Dice up your granny smith apple and shallots and add to a pan with butter on medium heat. Include your squash, chicken broth, salt and pepper and once all together, add your heavy cream and mix in until incorporated thoroughly.

In a food processor, (you will work in batches) add your squash mixture and pulse it until creamy smooth. Once all pulsed, remove back to your pot and adjust the taste with any additional salt, pepper or a bit more cinnamon. If the soup is too thick, add more broth at this point.

For a delicious garnish, you can toast some raw pumpkin seeds on a skillet with some coconut oil and add on top of your soup. Enjoy! Serves 6.

    2. Totally agree, it’s way easier to find affordable sculptural chairs if you like an organic style with outdoor furniture, my living room chair is one! Everything looks great, Liz, I’m gonna live vicariously with that warmer climate!!!

    3. If you open a new channel please let us know! That recipe seems so easy to make and very delicious. Also, great idea buying the composter. In my home we also make compost but in the "natural" way and our plants are happy with it, they have growth more healthier and faster too.
