Our Europe series ends with a surprise location. With only a couple more days to enjoy Europe by bike, and heavy rain in the forecast, we head south, to the other side of the Alps, to the Lake Country of northern Italy. Arriving in Lugano, we head east to Lake Como, staying in Menaggio and exploring the villages and pathways along the lake. A splendid experience by all accounts, and an awesome way to enjoy the last days of our European cycling tour.

    1. Wow! Both for the beautiful scenery soaked in on bikes, but also for your editing and production! Well done! Just subscribed. Great inspiration for a European cycling vacation I’m hoping to plan.

    2. Great video. My wife and I were there for the first time in August of 2019. Fell in love with the area and are moving there fulltime in a few months. Hope you're able to do the same. Keep up the great work.

    3. Glad I decided to go back and checkout some of your older videos. After riding the EuroVelo 6 next year I plan on spending a couple of week biking, and riding trains in Switzerland.

    4. Love your bicycle videos. I've got an idea. This is my 2 cents worth. What about, England. Scotland, and Ireland? The people are super nice, the food and B&B and hotels are great, the scenery is ancient, and the hills are eh. Well, you can't have everything.

    5. What a terrific trip this must've been. I'm an American living in Germany and have cycled all over. Mostly in Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg, though I've made two really scenic tours in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. I'm usually camping, but at 71 I can sure see the advantages of touring as you did staying in hotels and hostels along the way. Perhaps I'll try that next summer.
