    1. Oh no! Mic the vegoon. He's in public health. Can anyone imagine having your restaurant inspected by this guy? plus his skin tone is getting kinda yellow…..i wonder if he's getting NAFLD…..

    2. Once going carnivore i no longer get sunburn..example being that during the 3 week not spell i was working on a very hot white tin roof with 3 others .they all burnt apart from myself then we had another hot spell and exactly the same happened..i told them that my high cholesterol protects me by converting to vitamin D3 under the influence of sunlight..works for me πŸ‘

    3. It's very disapointing that he still doesn't understand that correlation or association does not mean causation and are very insufficient to use as solid evidence. You learn this in any basic statistic course.

    4. Who would I rather look like, mic the vegan or Jonathan the carnivore? Well despite my skinny physique you know the answer! It really is interesting that the last time I had a sunburn was in June 1983.

    5. Took me about ten seconds to find the n15 isotope evidence online. It does indeed confirm that we are indeed carnivores historically and evolutionary. Mic will just lie to make his religious point.

    6. The more Mic critique videos I watch, the more appalled I am by his hypocrisy, audacity and plain stupidity. How can anyone even stand watching or even follow this guy's channel? His presentation style and persona are so unlikeable that I can't imagine anyone giving him clicks for any other reason than make breakdown videos like this one.

    7. Eating paper would show correlation with lower blood sugar, less cancer, less heart disease as well, because it would take up space in peoples stomach making them eat less sugar and processed junk. Correlation not Causation.

    8. Lets base our diet around 80% cellulose and lignin. What a great idea!

      🍿

Oh and we are in an era in which institutions and places of education are becoming IDEOLOGICALLY CAPTURED. this means false data and bunk studies just to be "politically correct". This is called lysenkoism.
Use your intuition, logic, and common sense. Its worth more than a "study" by far.

    9. The blue zone show on netflix says people who live the longest are eating predominantly plant based. They actually went to these places and talked to them, so saying there diet includes meats is fair, saying it consisted of mostly animal foods is counter to what these people who are currently, over 100 years old, actually said. I would like to see a show where the thriving carnivore populations are interviewed, but I guess there are none for whatever reason.

    10. Im often dismayed by how these vegan influencers never seem to come to the table with a genuine spirit of discovery. The words always have the stink of adversary, thinly veiled sarcasm, and grievance. As if people eating predominantly animals are feeble minded. I actually speculate whether a vegan diet is just not sufficient for thinking properly, and, perhaps worse, makes one unable to connect with your fellow man (and woman etc) as brothers to help one another. It’s quite awful.

    11. Honestly, during my vegan year I couldn't stand Mik the Vegan. The only reason I've seen as much of his stuff as I have is because I enjoy watching Bart's response videos on him.

      Good video, though πŸ‘

    12. Hey Jonathan, general question, what is the other kind of muscle building? Theres progressive and.. it just escapes me the other one, thanks.

    13. I roar with laughter when I hear Mic the vegoon mention frauds like Esselstyn and Ornish. I had a heart attack in 2007. My wife bought their books to "reverse heart disease" with a plant based diet. Six months later I was back in the hospital. The cardiologist said my triglycerides were really bad. So I abandoned plant based and went low carb. I've been carnivore for years now and I'm in great shape. The cardiologist says my triglycerides are outstanding, so good that there is no need to prescribe statin.

Mic the vegan presents himself as a hero who can fix the outer world, but one thing is certain, it doesn't work for me. So what is he really doing? Mic is connected with Dr Greger who is connected with Blue Horizon(?) which is a group that spends money to promote plant based food products. The idiot who owns Facebook is well known for funding plant based propaganda in the media, by proxy. Basically, they buy media space to push their financial interests. They try to make it look authentic and credible but it's largely fearmongering nonsense and opinion. My hunch is that Mic & Greger are YouTube versions.
