Following a testing alpine ascent it was smooth sailing downhill through Austria and into Lichtenstein…or so I thought. Bad weather in the world’s sixth smallest country followed me down the Rhine, back into Switzerland to Lake Konstanz. Here I regrouped.
The next day I travelled the length of the great lake along beautiful ancient vistas and through olde cities before I again rejoined the Rhine heading towards the Black Forest. I was soon engulfed by rolling hills and trees and transported back to the land of Fairy Tales.
I look forward to returning.

Nice. Thanks for sharing. Where were you here (Switzerland), from what I remember the weather was pretty good up until about the end of Sept.?

Looks like you really had a great time on this trip!
Brilliant adventure, well done and fair play, living the dream
Amazing take a bike trip! How do you find your routes and the hut? When I tried similar stuff, usually end up lost and confused 😀
